Last Friday, students, families and staff came together for the Welcome BBQ, our first whole-school event of the academic year.

上周五，学生、家庭和工作人员齐聚一堂共享我们的欢迎BBQ—这个学年的第一次全校活动。

Our busiest Welcome BBQ to date, more than 1,000 members of the community came to enjoy food, activities and live music from 5.30 till late! It was a pleasure to welcome many familiar faces back onto campus, as well as our 200 new families who join us this year.

这是我们有史以来最为繁忙的一次欢迎BBQ，活动从下午五点半开始持续到很晚，超过1000名社区成员陆续进入校园享受美食、活动和现场音乐！ 我们很高兴欢迎那么多熟悉的面孔回到校园，和今年加入我们的200个新家庭。

As ever, a highlight was the outstanding food provided by some of Beijing’s best caterers. Staff also enjoyed meeting many new parents and discussing an exciting year ahead. 

与以往一样，活动的一个亮点是那些由北京最好的餐饮供应商提供的美食。我们的教职员工与新家长见面，畅谈令人兴奋的新学年。

Music and dancing continued late into the evening – a delightful start to the sunny September weekend. 

音乐和舞蹈一直持续到深夜—开启了九月一个令人愉快的周末。
