Definition: A sensationalized headline, a piece of text, or a photograph on the internet designed to entice people to follow a link to an article or another web page.

The more clicks an article receives, the more revenue it earns. For this reason, clickbait is designed to attract  a large number of readers and rarely uses quality guidelines and researched sources. 

一篇文章的点击越多，它所获得的收益就越高；正因为这个原因，标题党只是为了要吸引大量的读者，而文章本身往往欠缺参考价值和可靠的消息来源。
