taking inspiration from distant lands.

越南下龙湾山川秀丽之美令人向往，还有一艘艘漂泊在海湾上的轻舟让我找到了这款酒想要呈现的意境。你能在这款酒中尝到粽子，蛋黄与椰子的味道，搭配少许坚果的风味，使整体口感更加立体与浓郁。

Vietnam's Ha Long Bay is truly captivating. Towering limestone islands make a spectacular seascape. In a nod to this wonder of nature, this cocktail fuses local Vietnamese flavours – salted egg yolk, sticky rice and coconut – with a hint of nuttiness from Frangelico for a rich and multidimensional drink.

你看那酒中漂浮的红加仑像不像印度女孩眉心迷人的吉祥痣！相信资深红茶迷心中都有印度红茶的一席之地，阿萨姆红茶则是其中的佼佼者，甘醇厚实，是茶中绅士，其浓郁芳香的风味特别适合用来做奶茶，在这款酒中我们使用了奶洗澄清的方式，呈现出一款口感轻盈却风味浓郁的鸡尾酒，层次由浅入深，层层递进，茶香饱满，余味悠长。

In the world of tea, Assam black tea is undoubtedly one of the finest. Its rich, robust flavour make it a gentleman among teas, particularly well-suited for making milk tea. Clarified milk gives this full-bodied cocktail an exceptionally silky feel as the drink unfolds in layers, gradually deepening with each sip. Garnished with a floating red currant just as if a bindiya.

提到地中海区域大家都能想象到那宜人的气候以及丰富的物产，其中无花果、橄榄尤为出名。所以这次我们以橄榄作为主体架构，无花果干带来一丝果脯的甜美，其次加入些许草本丰富口感，入口是橄榄的咸鲜，然后草本的清香，少许的气泡加持使整体口感升华，使得所有风味都绽放开来。

The Mediterranean’s temperate climate and fertile land is world-famous for its fresh, abundant produce. This spritz features the region’s dried figs and salty olives for a flavour led by sweetness and followed by rich, herbaceous notes. Gentle effervescence allows the flavours to bloom fully.
