际救助儿童会招募

救助儿童会早在1920年就向中国捐赠了第一笔款项约250英镑用于饥荒救济。20世纪30年代，救助儿童会又向中国水灾灾民和日本侵华战争的受害者提供了物质援助。

救助儿童会从上世纪60年代开始在香港开展项目，和当地政府合作改善对儿童的社会服务，具体工作包括设立儿童日间关怀中心、托儿所、残障儿童中心、流浪儿童和孤儿收容所，以及帮助单亲家长的项目等。1994年，救助儿童会还协助成立了香港儿童权利委员会，并一直支持其工作至今。

救助儿童会关注所有儿童，尤其是弱势和困境儿童。在中国，我们的工作重点是偏远、贫困地区的儿童，特别是贫困少数民族地区的儿童，以及城市中的流动儿童，在婴幼儿健康、儿童教育和发展、儿童保护、儿童权利治理以及为灾害中的儿童提供紧急救助等方面，通过直接实施项目、开展培训、研究、宣传和倡导等多种方式，改善和提高儿童在各方面的状况。

Child Protection Specialist

• ROLE PURPOSE: To ensure effective implementation and management of project activities of child protection system strengthening program at the national level.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

- MAIN：

1. To manage national level child protection project activities in terms of design, planning, budgeting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating;

2. To produce high quality internal and external reports with support of National Child Protection Lead;
   

3. To prepare and manage budgets for national level project activities, including regularly monitoring of budget spend in order to ensure project spend on budget in a most cost effective way;
   

4. To work closely together with partners, including potential half of time working in partner premises, to communicate on implementation plan of project activities at the national level;
   

5. To work closely with other child protection staff working in pilot project locations so as to ensure national activities and field activities support and build on each other;
   

6. To support the effective integration of child rights, child participation and protection principles into project implementation.
   

7. To support National Child Protection Lead on communicating field project findings to national partners and advocating for a child protection system builds on project findings;
   

8. To support National Child Protection Lead on developing and maintaining national partnerships.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- Essential:

1. Bachelor degree of related subjects, preferably on public administration, social work or law;
   

2. Minimum of three-year work experience in a child-related field and with knowledge and experience of project implementation cycle;
   

3. Understanding and commitment to work within an international charity;
   

4. Strong communication skills and analytical skills;
   

5. Fluent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written, with good report writing skills;
   

6. Commitment to support for cross-organisational initiatives and to team working and understanding of how to contribute to this.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose exclusively humanitarian mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence. The ICRC Regional Delegation for East Asia covers China, the DPRK, the ROK, and Mongolia. The delegation’s main task is to promote awareness and implementation of international humanitarian law, the legal framework that seeks to minimize human suffering caused by armed conflict. The delegation also aims to familiarize governments, experts, national Red Cross societies and civil society with the ICRC’s humanitarian work and emergency response around the world.

Purpose of the Position:

Your mission will be to engage with Chinese business actors, both in China and abroad, through providing policy guidance and practical tools to manage the social and humanitarian impact of their business operations. You will also explore partnership with the corporate sector, focusing on health, humanitarian innovation, disability, energy solutions, sustainable development and big data.

In particular, you will be building and maintaining contacts and interact with the corporate sector, think tanks, private foundations as well as relevant government agencies on humanitarian issues. Internally, you will assure analysis and reporting on general and specific issues touching on the corporate sector, define objectives and strategies, ensure planning and implementation as well as budgeting of activities under your responsibility. You will coordinate this closely with a range of specialized departments of the regional delegation.

The Corporate Sector Advisor reports directly to the Head of Regional Delegation.

Requirements and experience:

§  Master’s degree in economics, public administration, political sciences, international relations, business administration or equivalent.

§  Minimum 10 years work experience in a comparable position for a non-profit organization or as public affairs officer in the corporate sector or other relevant experience at the intersection of corporate and public affairs.

§  Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in French is an asset.

Zielgruppe

Lehrkräfte für Deutsch als Fremdsprache an chinesischen Schulen und Hochschulen. Das Goethe-Institut China vergibt Vollstipendien an insgesamt 54 Lehrkräfte für Deutsch als Fremdsprache.

Mindestvoraussetzungen zur Teilnahme

Sie können sich um ein Stipendium des Goethe-Instituts bewerben, wenn Sie:

• einen Hochschulabschluss (BA/MA/Dr.- bevorzugt in Germanistik) haben
  

  Deutschlehrer/in oder Aus- und Fortbildner/-in sind

• in den kommenden Jahren als Deutschlehrer/-in oder Aus- und Fortbildner/-in tätig sein werden

• über nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse mind. auf dem Niveau C1 verfügen

• die Möglichkeit haben, während der Kurslaufzeit ca. 6 Stunden pro Woche und insgesamt 10 Wochen online zu arbeiten

• Ihre Kompetenzen selbst mit dem Europäischen Profilraster für Sprachlehrende (EPR - siehe www.goethe.de/epr oder www.goethe.de/china --> Beratung und Service) eingeschätzt haben und diese Einschätzung in Ihr Motivationsschreiben einbeziehen

• bereit sind, ein Praxiserkundungsprojekt in Ihrem regulären Unterricht durchzuführen

• bereit sind, die im Seminar gewonnenen Kenntnisse an Ihre Kollegen/-innen weiterzugeben und Ihre Planungen und Ideen dazu in der Bewerbung konkret und plausibel darstellen

Ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Fortbildung sind Online-Livesitzungen. Sie ermöglichen es, live mit den anderen Teilnehmenden sowie dem Tutor ins Gespräch zu kommen, Fragen zum Kurs zu stellen und sich über die Inhalte der DLL-Einheit auszutauschen. Außerdem stellen sie einen wichtigen Baustein zur Vorbereitung auf das Praxiserkundungsprojekt dar. Um an den Online-Livesitzungen teilnehmen zu können, benötigen Sie den Adobe-Flash Player sowie ein Headset (Kopfhörer mit Mikrofon). 

Dauer und zeitlicher Aufwand

Die Fortbildungsmaßnahme dauert 10 Wochen und wird ausschließlich online auf der Lernplattform (s. Registrierung) des Goethe-Instituts durchgeführt. Für die Bearbeitung der Einheit DLL6 oder DLL8  benötigen Sie insgesamt ca. 75 Stunden, d.h. durchschnittlich ca. 5 bis 8 Stunden pro Woche.

Finanzierung

Das Goethe-Institut China vergibt Vollstipendien für diese Fortbildung.

Ein Vollstipendium umfasst alle Fortbildungsgebühren und Lehrmaterial.

Das Stipendium des Goethe-Instituts China wird endgültig bestätigt, nachdem Sie die erste Kurseinheit (erste Kurswoche: Einstiegsphase/Kennenlernen und Teile des ersten Kapitels) bearbeitet haben, sonst müssen Sie die Kosten des Kurses (ca. 450 Euro) selbst übernehmen.

Zertifizierung

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Fortbildung, Abgabe der zwei Einsendeaufgaben und der Dokumentation Ihres Praxiserkundungsprojekts erhalten Sie ein benotetes Zeugnis des Goethe-Instituts.
