工作职责

活动协调

协调开发署、基金会和其他执行伙伴，协调国家青年对话的活动管理；
支持开发署、银行等重点合作伙伴参与青年活动，为青年论坛制定议程并提供其他必要的后勤支持；
组织创新和青年活动，如会议、工作坊、研讨会、讨论会、峰会等。

项目开发与实施

为相关项目组合制定创新与青年战略；
针对不同的项目组合，与团队其他成员配合，执行具体的创新与青年方案；
积极协助管理创新方案及针对青年计划的预算和财务，定期向传播与创新官员汇报进展并及时进行调整。

合作管理与沟通

支持与各方发展伙伴关系，支持建立创业孵化器联盟相关工作，促进知识共享、技术交流；
运用伙伴关系与相关资源，在国家和地方层面支持开发署青年计划；
跟进有关青年发展的行动，包括创新和青年伙伴数据库；
根据需要准备与创新、青年和伙伴关系相关的外联材料。

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) aims for everyone around the world to have equal access to health services without the risk of severe financial burden. Reaching UHC requires countries to provide access to essential medicines and child immunization, improve health infrastructure, ensure financial security and ramp up treatment of chronic diseases. Some countries have made great strides towards UHC. Others continue to face structural issues and struggle to provide their populations with equitable access to health services. Supporting member states in achieving UHC is our new Director General’s top priority.

Overview:
The Group on Earth Observations Secretariat is looking for a Communications Intern to join their team in Geneva at the World Meteorological Organization.
Reporting to the Head of External Relations, the intern will primarily be responsible for creating engaging written materials for the GEO Observations Blog and other outlets.
Duties will include:
Editing existing written content and contributions for wide public audiences;
Sourcing, researching and writing original content on Earth observation activities and the impact of open data on various development topics;
Compiling and editing newsletter content;
Developing promotional content for written materials (suggested tweets, multimedia).
Supporting live coverage of events (social reporting, live blogging)
Carrying out other tasks as requested.
Desired skills include:
Excellent English language skills.
Ability to research and understand scientific content.
Strong story-telling skills, ability to write engaging content
Knowledge of social media and blogging.

Purpose:
The purpose of the internship is to provide interns with the opportunity to acquire experience and first-hand knowledge of GEO, enhance their educational experience through practical work experience and to provide GEO with the assistance of qualified students.

Eligibility:
GEO Internships are open to students that have recently graduated (preferably at the Post Graduate level) or those approaching the end of their studies and preparing a thesis. The minimum age is 21 and maximum age 35. Internships can be of three to six months’ duration.

Educational Requirements
Applicants should be enrolled in or recently graduated from a university level programme in the following fields: Communications, Journalism, Social Media and related fields. Additional qualifications in related science subjects such as Earth Sciences, Geography, International Development Studies etc. are a bonus.

Language Requirements:
Full fluency and excellent written English skills are required for this post.

Renumeration and Costs:
Internships are not paid and thus at no cost to the Organization. Travel costs, travel arrangement and finding living accommodation are the responsibility of the intern, or their sponsoring institution, if that is the case. Interns must have adequate medical insurance coverage and provide a certificate of good health. Interns are not considered as GEO officials.

Participation à l’ensemble de l’activité commerciale Business France - Export sous la supervision directe de la Conseillère export Agrotech à Pékin, sous celle du Chef de pôle Agrotech basé à Shanghai et du Directeur de la zone Chine. L’activité commerciale, cœur de métier Business France - Export, a pour but d’aider les entreprises françaises exportatrices à trouver des débouchés en Chine.

COMPÉTENCES & QUALITÉS ATTENDUES DU COLLABORATEUR
Compétences transverses :
Très bon niveau de français (oral comme écrit)
Très bonne capacité rédactionnelle en chinois
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel et Powerpoint) et des applications internes de Business France (SICOM, SIRH, etc.)
