2018中英双语教师培训交流大会| UK-China Bilingual Teacher Training Conference

由英国国际贸易部主办,顶思TopSchools 协办的 “中英双语教师培训交流大会” 将在2018 年12 月3 日至7 日期间在北京、上海、广州三地举办

The 2018 UK-China Bilingual Teacher Training Conference organised by the UK Department for International Trade, with TopSchools as the co-organiser, will be held between 3rd to 7th December 2018 in China.


随着习近平主席2015 年访英,中英双方在各领域的合作深入开展,开启中英关系的“黄金时代”,而教育是中英关系中一个关键的领域,在中英人文交流中具有基础性、先导性作用。2018 年初英国首相特蕾莎·梅对中国进行国事访问期间,中英教育在幼儿园及学校、教育科技、职业教育与培训和高等教育等多个领域有超过550 亿英镑的合作项目达成,对两国关系“黄金时代”不断深化作出贡献,中英面向21 世纪全球全面战略伙伴关系焕发出新的活力。

President Xi Jinping’s visit to the UK in 2015 opened the Golden Era of UK-China bilateral relations. During her state visit to China in early 2018, Prime Minister Theresa May announced China-UK commercial education collaborations led by the Department for International Trade worth more than £550million, contributing to a new chapter of the Golden Era.


作为深化中英人文交流机制的具体活动,由英国国际贸易部主办,顶思TopSchools 协办的 “中英双语教师培训交流大会” 将在2018 年12 月3 日至7 日期间在中国举办。该大会旨在通过增强中英教育行业的交流与合作,推动两国创新教师培养模式,培养国内卓越的双语教学人才。

Against the background of UK-China High-Level People to People Dialogue, the 2018 UK-China Bilingual Teacher Training Conference organised by the UK Department for International Trade, with TopSchools as the co-organiser, will be held between 3rd to 7th December 2018 in China. With the rapid development of international/bilingual schools in China, lack of good quality teachers has contributed to a major bottleneck. This conference aims to facilitate communication and exchange between educators from the two countries, and expore potential models of collaboration to develop high quality bilingual teachers by organisations from UK and China. 



英国教师培训特色

在英国,要成为一名学校教师,通常的路径是需要在获得本科学历之后在大学修读教师教育证书课程(Postgraduate Certificate in Education,以下简称PGCE),然后再通过考核获得教师资格(Qualified Teacher Status)。而国际版PGCG(iPGCE)则面向英国本土外的海外教育从业者,一般主要通过一年线上学习并结合教学实践后获得。


PGCE 课程偏重教学理论的研究,以及教学法的实践和创新,而不只是学科教学,所以适用性广泛,培训出来的老师可以教授不同体系的课程,不局限于英国体系的课程。


英国亦有不少提供短期以及长期的教师职业发展培训项目(CPD)的专业培训机构(盈利与非盈利),为新老师以及有经验的老师分层次分阶段提供多种多样的培训项目,例如领导力,测评,课程开发,教育科技的应用等;还包括针对学校管理人员的培训,包括教学主管,行政人员,高级管理团队,以及校长。


课程学习的目标

1. 提高学员教育实践水平,着重教学设计、教学实施以及与测评学生兴趣及发展需求的能力。

2. 结合学员当地的职业及文化环境,培养学员对教研理论、教研实践及教育政策的深刻理解。

3. 发展学员开展课堂调研以及政策研究的能力,以此支持课堂、校园及行业创新。
