Green Solutions China organizes a Yunnan Mountain Cleanup activity every month. The mountain cleanup is a community-based event that helps raise awareness about the problem of littering. The Yunnan Mountain Cleanup gathers volunteers who are eager to hike around the mesmerizing province of Yunnan while cleaning up local trails along the way.
In November, we are partnering up with Jingxi Manor at the beautiful Fuxian Lake to reconnect with the environment and pick up as much trash as we can! We will enjoy healthy(chemical-free) vegan food and learn how to adapt to a sustainable way of living.
云南山林清洁是绿案中国组织的一个以社区为基础的活动，旨在保护美丽的风景不受垃圾污染，并提高人们对勿随手扔垃圾的意识。我们志愿者每个月一次聚集在一起，在迷人的云南省内徒步旅行，沿途清理当地的小路。
11月云南山林清洁，绿案中国将联合位于美丽抚仙湖畔的晶喜庄园，重新认识我们与周围环境的相处方式，并尽可能多地捡拾垃圾。我们将享受健康生态的素食，并学习他们如何践行可持续的生活方式。

Itinerary(Saturday, November 6th)
08:45am We will meet up at Exit C, Fude subway station, Line 1 at 8:45am and take a mini-bus to Jingxi Manor at Fuxian Lake(roughly two hours). You may drive to the farm by yourself. PLEASE NOTE the starting point of the hike is 7 km from the farm, and we will finish the hike at a different location which is 4 km away from the starting point.
11:00am After we arrive at the farm, the owner will show us around the beautiful farm for about 30 minutes and we will enjoy a healthy(chemical-free) vegan buffet lunch prepared by them(50 RMB per person). If you are planning to eat at the farm, please confirm the day before the event starts so the farm will prepare the right amount of food- you may also bring your own lunch in a container. The farm will provide a kitchen to heat up your food. There will also be fruits and herbal tea available from the farm for everyone to enjoy for free .
01:00pm After lunch, we will take the bus again and drive for about 7 km to the starting point of the hike.
05:30pm Finish the hike and head back to the farm by bus.
06:30pm Head back to Kunming.

08:45 我们将在地铁1号线福德站C出口集合，并乘坐中巴(大约两个小时)前往抚仙湖晶喜庄园。你可以选择自驾，请注意徒步的起点距离农场大概7公里左右，需要驾车前往，徒步的终点和起点不在同一个位置，大概相差4公里的路程。
11:00到晶喜庄园，我们会花30分钟游园。晶喜庄园给大家准备了生态素食自助午餐（50元/人）。如果你在农场就餐，请在行程开始前一天跟我们确认，以便农场准备足够的食物。或者你可以自带食物(建议放在一个可重复使用的饭盒里)。晶喜庄园将提供微波炉加热。农场也会给大家准备免费饮用水，水果和香草茶。
13:00 午饭后，我们将乘坐中巴车7公里左右到徒步的起点。
17:30 徒步清林活动结束，乘车返回农场。请注意我们徒步的终点和起点不在同一个位置。
18:30 乘车返回昆明。

Fuxian Lake Jingxi Manor is guided by permaculture principles to care for the earth and share the excess! Their vision is to learn and practice sustainable production as well as to establish food forests. The farm’s main activities are friendly ecological recycling agriculture + experiential rural tourism + natural education! It continuously explores the practical experience of rural economic application and strives to be an ecological farm following the art of four seasons as its value. It is situated at the vast and beautiful Fuxian Lake. With its crystal-clear water, it is the largest deep-water freshwater lake in China and the largest lake at the source of the Pearl River.

Please Note!
If it rains heavily on Saturday the 6th, the event will be postponed.
-MEETING PLACE/TIME-
Exit C, Fude subway station, Line 1 at 08:45am. We will take a mini-bus to get to Fuxian Lake. It takes approximately two hours. You are responsible for your own transportation cost; we will split the cost of the bus(18-seater). Please note: due to the small, winding roads to the starting point of the hike, we won't be able to rent a larger size bus. Please sign up to confirm your spot at least 24 hours before the event starts. We will book the bus(es) in advance. The fee will be about 60 RMB per person for a return trip. (Actual cost varies based on number of attendees). A deposit fee of 30 RMB per person is required for the bus trip.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours before the trip starts, the bus fee is non-refundable unless you have a replacement.
-Fee-
You'll be covering your own personal expenses (lunch, fruit, transportation etc). The event fee is 10 RMB per person. We will purchase insurance for all the participants. All additional proceeds will go to our Yunnan Mountain Cleanup account for purchasing tools, first-aid supplies, trail search costs, etc.
Note: Please send your passport info one day before the trip so we may purchase outdoor insurance.
-LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY-
The activity does require a certain level of physical fitness. The hike lasts for about 5 hours and some parts of the trails are quite steep. We don't recommend children under 10 to attend unless they're natural hikers.
-WHAT TO BRING-
We will be providing some reusable XL trash bags (limited amount), tongs and gloves but we still recommend you to BRING YOUR OWN. Also, please make sure to bring a mask with you. We recommend you to bring some snacks using your own container. Also, please bring a reusable water bottle to keep you hydrated.
We recommend you to bring a hiking stick, as parts of the hike are very steep.
-WHAT NOT TO BRING-
We promote sustainability and strive to be as plastic-free as possible. Please do not bring any single-use plastics (take away cups, straws, plastic bags, single-use food containers, etc).

-集合地点/时间-
上午08:45，地铁1号线福德站C出口。我们将乘坐中巴到达抚仙湖。车程约两个小时，交通费自理。请至少在活动开始前一天以上确认报名（报名将在活动开始前24小时截止），以便我们提前预订巴士，费用预估在60元/人。但最终费用是根据实际乘坐人数而确定。因为本次徒步的起点和终点需要中巴车接送，道路比较狭窄，只能租用小型中巴车(17到18座）。报名时，请缴纳每人30元的中巴车费预付款。中巴车费用采取AA制。
中巴车预付款退款政策：如在行程开始前24小时内取消，且没有找到替代人员，预交费用将不予退还。
-费用-
你需要自行承担保险和个人开支（午餐，水果，交通等）。活动收取每人10元的费用，我们将用此费用给大家统一购买保险。剩余费用将进入我们的 "云南山林清洁 "账户，用于支付工具、急救用品和线路设计等费用。
注意：请提前一天把你的身份证信息提供给我们用于购买保险。
-难度-
本次活动需要一定的身体素质。这次的徒步行程将持续5个小时，而且部分道路非常陡峭。我们不建议10岁以下的儿童参加，除非是有很强的徒步能力。
-你需为此活动准备的/需要携带的-
我们将提供一些可重复使用（数量有限）的大号垃圾袋，钳子和手套，但我们仍然建议你自备。另外，请确保带上口罩。我们建议你用自己的容器带一点小零食。请保持环保精神，让我们使用可重复利用水杯来保证活动途中水的补给。
建议大家自带一个登山杖，因为部分道路非常陡峭。
-不要带什么-
我们提倡可持续发展，并努力做到尽可能的无塑料。请不要携带任何一次性塑料制品（外卖杯、吸管、塑料袋、一次性食品容器等）。

Teaming Up to Clean Up!
Litter is forever a problem amongst our streets, parks and scenic spots, which ultimately takes away the beauty and dampens the atmosphere for visitors.
Awareness is a fundamental resource we can use to help people understand the impacts of their actions on the environment, however leading by example is a key element for change.
The Yunnan Mountain Cleanup project is the first of many! It happens on the first or second weekend of every month. The project aims to gather volunteers who are eager to hike around the mesmerizing province of Yunnan, cleaning up local trails along the way.
山林清洁组队中！
在我们的街道、公园和风景区里，垃圾永远是一个问题，它最终会带走美景，并使游客的心情变得低落。
意识是我们可以用来帮助人们了解他们的行为对环境的影响的基本资源，然而以身作则是改变的关键因素。
云南山林清洁项目是众多项目中的第一个。它在每个月的第一或第二个周末开展。该项目旨在召集那些渴望在迷人的云南省内徒步旅行的志愿者，沿途清理当地的山路。
