Chen Zongming, a master of Shandong cuisine boasting over 1 million followers on his Bilibili account, where he shares his expertise in cooking Shandong dishes, has recently opened a restaurant in Jinan.

鲁菜大师陈宗明通过拍摄短视频向网友教授传统鲁菜，在知名视频网站哔哩哔哩上，他出镜的“师父和我做鲁菜”视频账号已达百万粉丝。更值得关注的是，在粉丝一片“陈老师开店吧馋得不行了”的呼声中，已进入古稀之年的他决定顺应粉丝的呼声，新店店址就在济南的省府前街。

His goal is to use this restaurant as a platform to introduce Shandong cuisine to a broader audience, sharing the rich culinary traditions with more people.

他希望通过这家餐厅，向更多受众介绍鲁菜，为鲁菜文化和传统烹饪技艺的传承、发展与创新做出贡献。
