With this notice and according to article X of our contract, we announce with regret that we are encountering a Force Majeure Event. Consequently, we may not be able to perform some of the contractual obligations on time.

As you might already know, China now is suffering serious coronavirus epidemic situation. The whole country has been mobilized to fight against the virus at the request of Chinese government.
您也许已经知悉，中国正处于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的严峻形势，根据政府的要求，全国各地的单位均在不断加强疫情的防控工作。
【不可抗力事件对合同履行的影响】
Pursuant to the official mandate of Chinese Government (attached herein), for the purpose of minimizing cross-infection and containing the situation, the factories can not organize employees for normal production until February **, 2020, which is 2 weeks later than regular time. Our delivery of products will have to be postponed for at least 2 weeks accordingly. Please be mindful of the changing situation and the expected delivery cannot be guaranteed.
根据中国政府官方命令（见附件），为控制疫情，工厂在2020年2月**日前（比正常时间晚2周）不得召集员工，不得投产。我们的合同产品的交付将因此至少推迟两周。请注意，因为情况在持续变化，我们无法保证预计的交付时间。
【信息更新和不可抗力消除后的履行承诺】
Nonetheless, We’ll keep you informed of any further update and will make our efforts to organize the production whenever possible and minimize the influence on the shipments of your orders.
尽管如此，我们将随时通知您任何进一步的更新信息，并将在可能时尽力组织生产，并尽量减少对您的订单发货的影响。
