Position :Medical Research Director-US
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designing and implementing phase I-II-III clinical trials of innovative drugs in the field of tumors and autoimmune diseases in China and abroad, based on cGCP, ICH-GCP and other relevant clinical research guidelines;
• Providing medical monitoring and guidance during clinical trials, including data security audits, participation in safety committees; communicating with regulatory authorities such as CFDA on medical research matters, and writing medical research documents for registration;
• Medical support during the product development phase, including: medical knowledge of product design, medical analysis of competing products, translation and incorporation of medical data published in the scientific literature, providing medical rationale interpretation for Research and Development (R&D), and medical information support;
• Providing medical strategic advice for product portfolio, project development, and introduction or transfer of researching products (rights and interests);
• Maintaining effective communication and cooperation with investigators, ethics committees, clinical research institutions, patient groups, and regulatory authorities at all levels in accordance with relevant policies and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• PhD in Medicine or in Life Sciences-related fields;
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical trials in the field of oncology or autoimmune disease treatment, with successful implementation records from protocol design to full completion of Phase I-II-III clinical trials;
• Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the whole process of clinical trials of new drugs, including: design, implementation, and statistical/data management of clinical trials; Chinese and international norms and quality criteria; and requirements for pharmacovigilance;
• Understanding and mastering GCP and ICH guidelines, and being familiar with FDA and CFDA regulations.
Position :Associate Director or Director of Legal & Compliance
Location: Beijing
Key Objectives:
1. Develop and implement company policies and manage the company’s legal affairs.
2. Draft and review various contracts and other company legal documents and maintain internal and external compliance and risk control.
3. Provide legal advice for the routine business activities of the company's domestic and overseas institutions, including Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, the United States, etc.
4. Representing the company in handling various litigation, arbitration, or non-litigation legal affairs, and safeguarding the company's legal rights and interests.
5. Manage various business critical documents such as certificates, official seals, and company contracts.
6. Advise in company's project acquisition negotiations and the conduction of due diligence.
7. Ability to handle other business critical tasks assigned by senior management of the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in law, with a legal qualification certificate or a lawyer’s license
2. More than 8 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of experience in a well-known law firm, or at least 8 years of experience in corporate legal affairs. Project acquisition experience in the biomedical industry is preferred.
3. Rich knowledge in related fields such as company law, contract law, intellectual property rights, labour
law, etc.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to think logically.
5. Good oral and written English skills.
Position :Associate Director or Director of IT
Location: Beijing
Key Objectives:
1. Information Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the company’s data management structure according the company’s overall needs.
2. Information Project Management: Continuously updating the company’s computer systems to fulfil the organizations requirements, lead the company’s design, selection, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s information systems.
3. Information Security Management: Responsible for the company's overall information security management; compile and improve the company's data standards and information confidentiality system to ensure the security of the company's network transmission and electronic filing; supervise and ensure the normal operation of the company's information system related equipment.
4. Information Big Data Management: overall planning, analysis, and application of the company’s data.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information science, or IT-related field.
2. More than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical IT management and familiarity with the information systems of various modules for R & D, clinical, production and commercialization use.
Position :Associate Director or Director of Procurement
Location: Beijing
Key Objectives:
1. Devise and implement procurement strategies and update the procurement catalogue according to the company's overall development strategy.
2. Sourcing, engaging, and maintaining reliable suppliers to ensuring the supply timeline and product quality.
3. Analyse and manage procurement channels to reduce the company's procurement costs.
4. Track dynamic market demand and inventory and conduct risk management to ensure the company’s inventory safety and improve inventory turnover rate.
5. Team management and talent building.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 10 years of drug procurement experience (including R&D and commercial services), including at least 5 years of department management experience.
2. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and cost awareness, and highly self-motivated.
3. Good professional ethics with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with team management and talent development abilities.

4.Prior experience in organizing public event such as product launch meeting and crisis management
5.Excellent writing and communication skills in English, overseas study or work experience is preferred
