已完成过亿元的B轮融资，新的一轮融资即将完成;

聚焦于肿瘤、抗病毒和自免等小分子新药研发;

首个产品已完成3期临床，其他项目在不同临床阶段和临床前研发中。

招聘需求：

生物部负责人-Director/VP level

工作地可选杭州或南京，异地的可以最多50%在家办公

有欧美大型药企工作经验和肿瘤领域经验更佳

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual that embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

Main responsibilities:

·Lead biology group to support discovery and development stage projects;

·Provide scientific insights to grow pipeline products;

·Manage discovery and preclinical projects;

·Interact with CROs and oversee outsourcing studies at CROs.

Requirements:

·PhD degree biology, immunology, pharmacology or other related disciple, plus 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D or equivalent industry experience.

·Demonstrated expertise and experience in biology, translational study and pharmacology to support drug discovery and development.

·Experience of managing business with CROs is a plus.

·Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
