全球管培生项目
BMW全球管理培训生项目(BMW Group Global Leader Development Programme)是宝马的全球项目,旨在为BMW全球机构培养和发展有潜质的、具备杰出领导力并符合公司岗位需求的未来领导型人才。
基础要求
❶工作经验:至少六个月的相关工作经验(例如,实习、培训、最初的工作经验)。不得超过3年的专业工作经验;
❷教育背景:具有相关专业且成绩优秀的学士(硕士学位优先);
❸海外经历:至少四个月的相关海外经历(学习、实践经历、工作经历以及旅行经历等);
❹课外参与:例如在一所大学、社区或工作环境中的初步领导经验;参与学生项目、政治或慈善组织等;
❺语言技能:工作中熟练掌握及运用英文;
❻其他要求:主动性、个人责任感、乐于改变、团队合作精神以及自我反思。敏锐的才智和对宝马的热情。为国际职业道路的开展做好了准备。
招聘岗位
▐ 全球管理培训生项目(售后战略)▐
Location:Beijing
Responsibility:
Aftersales Market Trend Monitoring, including carry out auto-mobile industry research, understand the market competition status and update customer profile periodically.
Support aftersales management to analyze current business situation & dig out potential business areas.
Investigate and provide facts/figures for evaluation of the aftersales strategy and working processes optimization.
Aftersales management report preparation based on requests.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
A degree in International Finance/ Economics/ Trade/ Vehicle Engineering or similar discipline with excellence grades (Master’s degree preferred).
At least six months of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience).
A maximum of 3 years professional working experience after graduation.
At least four months of relevant experience abroad (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
Familiar with the automotive industry and aftersales business.
Personal commitment alongside or outside university.
Excellent skills on data analytics and related tools. Knowledge of mathematics modeling is preferred.
Fluent English as well as knowledge of another foreign language (German Language business fluent is preferred).

Location:Shenyang
Responsibility:
To ensure the proper implementation of material supply from the different vendors to BBA line side which includes structural planning, warehouse planning, equipment planning, process and line supply planning. (for Early Phase, Launch Phase, Serial Production)
To ensure the proper implementation of storage location with the high and reasonable usage.
Planning of supply chain and logistics packaging concepts. (early phase, Product Development Process (PEP), serial process) Supply chain and packaging design, development, release, purchasing and launch.
Realize department targets.
To work in the network, share best practice, able to define target picture for the future by considering Logistics automation.
Requirements:
Bachelor and above education background
Major in Mechanical design, manufacturing, automation or Industrial Engineering
Auto industry background
Supply Chain knowledge
Open minded, strong communication skill
▐ 全球管理培训生项目-Mini▐
Location:Shenyang
岗位职责:
5 months in MINI Product Team China: get insight into product process, specific strategies for optimum exploitation of existing and future market potentials (SMP+LRP), analyses on the complex and fast changing China automotive industry and market, steering and preperation of presentation to top management.
3 months in MINI HC UM-2 Munich: get insight into HC business process, sales/marketing.
5 months in MINI China sales team and region team: get insight into sale management and region.
3 monthes in MINI UK/US market: get insight and best practise from mature market.
岗位要求:
Education / Degree:
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline with excellent grades (Master’s degree preferred)
Preference in Marketing, Economics or Business and maybe if sutiable candiates as well with Automotive Engineering
Knowledge / Skills /Competences:
Business-fluent language skills in the local language
Fluent English (as well as knowledge of another language if English is the native language, preferably German)
Passion for MINI and knowledge on automotive market
A sharp intellect
Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit, and self reflection
Readiness for an international career
