About this position

参与制定与优化公司项目管理流程；
负责项目管理，与技术负责人一起制定项目内容，安排人员，设定项目时间节点；

组织相关会议，撰写会议记录，确保项目问题能够及时得到讨论并解决；

We are looking fora Technical Writer / Translator to prepare high-quality, informative and compelling documentation for our chips, software development frameworks, applications and development hardware.
You will join a team of talented writers and translators who work collaboratively with our R&D engineers, hardware designers, software developers, product managers and customers to make our products easier to program, faster to integrate and more attractive to use. The successful candidate is a team player willing to partner with external and internal teams in developing and publishing the content.
If you have experience preparing technical documentation, high attention to detail and a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand, this job is for you.

Objectives of this Role:

Develop documentation that meets company standards consistently across all the products;
Obtain in-depth understanding of Espressif products to translate complex product information into simple, well organized, and user engaging content;
Evaluate customer needs for documentation to provide the most suitable content;
Evaluate current documentation to improve the content and keep it up to date;
Maintain, develop and improve team's documentation style standards, templates, guides, tools and work-processes.

任职要求：

Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, English or Translation;
Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese, with a focus on quality and attention to detail, CET-6 or TEM-8 certification;
Passionate about writing, patient, curious, and with a keen eye for detail, competent in using software tools to aid documentation preparation, review, development, translation and publishing;
Able to quickly learn and understand complex technical topics, interested in sciences and technology, willing to acquire new knowledge;
Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work with subject matter experts;
Skilled at prioritization and handling of multiple projects simultaneously;
Previous experience writing technical documentation including procedural materials is a plus.
