▐ Purchasing Intern▐

工作地点：Shanghai, China

职位描述：

Mainly support Purchasing Director and team in daily operation
Assist Purchasing Director in arrangement meeting, reimbursement, business travel, etc.
Collect and consolidate reports and presentation: weekly report, ops report
Host sourcing board meeting, staff meeting
Monitoring team's staff change, update related information
Organize and support team activity: team building, annual dinner performance, China purchasing leadership summit
Help new comers settle down in office.
Consolidate data in contact buyer file & Commodity strategy file

任职要求：

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English or Administration are preferred;
Fluent in English;
Strong accountability and detail-oriented;
Available >=3 days a week; From 2019/7/5 ~2020/2/29.
Good communication skills and team work spirit;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

▐ HR Specialist (Contractor)▐

工作地点：Shanghai, China

职位描述：

Provide high quality HR services and support to employees.
Support International assignment service, including assignment management, destination services, international transportation, home management, tenancy management, visa/immigration services, ongoing assignment support and repatriation with assistance from related vendor, and support other daily HR operation jobs.
Responsible for the file management of China expatriates and the collection and dispatch arrangements for expatriates’ documents.
Assist other HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

任职要求：

At least 2 years working experience in HR or expatriate administration, working in similar consultancies or foreign invested enterprises preferred.
Fluent in English.
Good communication and personality.
Strong sense of accountability.
Experience in International Assignment or mobility is high preferred.
