职位描述：

Participate in project implementations, new product introductions (TTM), re-sourcing projects, etc. and take necessary steps to ensure proper planning, procurement and management of product. Review and clarify accuracy of specifications in FSO (Fepo Sourcing Order form) coming from either the BA’s, BU‘s, plants or Corporate Sourcing.
Review supplier base against project specifications and undertake various activities to develop and recommend a short list of suppliers for regular review by/with the superior, (e.g. conduct market surveys/benchmark reviews, contact suppliers to determine capability/capacity to meet new requirements, liaise with industry contacts).
Conduct a comprehensive technical review (from raw materials to finished products) of potential supplier’s total and ongoing capability to deliver products according to the specifications in a timely manner.
Develop report on potential supplier strengths weaknesses, recommended actions for the supplier and Hilti to be reviewed periodically together with the superior.
Approve release of suppliers and undertake supplier contract administrative activities. Survey and monitor developments in raw materials market and new technologies.
Support to develop a MG strategy for products covered to achieve target.
Undertake ongoing activities to ensure fulfilment (e.g., collect and review data on suppliers, analyze and monitor variances, review supplier progress against project milestones, undertake preventive problem-solving measures, etc.).Ensure the Hilti business to avoid corruption.
Work according to SCM1.1, SCM1.2 strategic, tactical and supply.

Implement 5S in the back office and the shop-floor.
Identify waste and moderates daily CIPs (continues improvement plan).

Support assembly line design with engineering team.
Manage engineering change requests according to Hilti standard.

Implement value stream mapping and continuous improvement planning.

Supporting projects by inspecting of samples to ensuring conformity with specifications
Cooperate and coordinate with departments in ACDS and global functions in headquarters

职位描述：

Support the development of comprehensive cost models supported by our sourcing experts.
Identifying the relevant cost drivers considering nature of product.
Screen the market for sourcing specific products and drive the decision to select potential new partners of our supply chain.
Assess options of re-sourcing a specific group of items including analysing the requirements.
Responsible for supply management, such as supplier contract, quality management, delivery management, and so on.
take lead in supply function to roll out TTM project and Re-sourcing project.
Responsible for supply database management with software (Ariba).
Manage supplier on daily operation, and ensure they are on high performance with 4 indicators – Quality, Cost, Delivery and Risk.
Effectively communicate with Supply Teams in Headquarter for project execution.
Effectively implement Hilti Global Process Management System into Re-sourcing and Time To Money project.
Work at other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsible for the production documents (BOM’s, drawings, PP’s and IP’s etc.).
Support on the general Engineering folders in Plant 88 (standards, drawings, PP’s, IP’s).
Support purchasing procedures related to the production processes.
Support on new products assembly lines development.
Carry out all activities under economical aspects.
To work according Hilti philosophy (teamwork, continuously improvements etc.) together with employees.
Promote the Hilti philosophy.
Ensure a good communication between Unit and other departments.
Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
CIP must be carried out and put into execution.
