我又看不下去公众号的阅读量了，又要用超级干货力挽狂澜了，后台一直有人问，什么时候写口语啊，怎么练啊，我也一直回，以后会有的，以后会有的。因为我在等，在等这一次的北京市英语演讲比赛，我一定要进全国赛，让我有底气，告诉你一个热腾腾又真实的心路历程又干货满满的口语之路。

一直关注公众号的小伙伴也知道，我是大一下学期才开始认真学英语，并且凭着一口为自己争气的老血硬撑着。当时我下定决心一定要跳出现在的圈子（不是不好，是不适合我），一定要出国换个专业，因此，我开始参加各种比赛，尤其是英语演讲比赛。
其实这句话你也听过很多遍，我小时候确实特别害羞，不敢说话，被别人因这个欺负也是常有的事，反正就是不会表达自己，但你也知道好的学校申请的时候都是需要面试的，而且有的还会有演讲，像我这种能针对一个问题说两句话都算多的人简直想死。但我的动力来自，英语是我唯一目前喜欢又能帮助我道理的稻草，不能在别人面前表达我就可能永远过不上我所期待的生活。
从大一下学期第一天开始，我就每天早晨都会跑到水房跟读BBC, VOA, Documentary, Poetry, Ted等等原声，放干货～
到app里下载“朗易思听”，别说可可英语、沪江可不可以，都告诉了你最好的，你这孩子怎么这么轴呢。之后在分类里就可以看到这么多资源了。
我的习惯是：六点钟起床，在6:20集合前把所有东西收拾好（我警校的，没什么惊讶的哈），集完合跑操后6:40回到宿舍拿上平板和耳机，走到水房，打开app然后跟读文章，什么文章都可以，自己喜欢就好，就比如，我平时练发音，我就喜欢跟读BBC和Documentary，因为播音员发音是真好听，我跟读了这么久，很多人在听我讲英语说，你的声音好好听啊（除了ln不分），都是跟读出来的。

步骤：
1. 每天抽出至少20分钟（最开始我每天一个小时），找个没人打扰也不打扰人的场地；
2. 提前下载好你喜欢的一个音频，每天就跟读一个音频，0.75倍速10遍，原速20遍，1.25倍速10遍
跟读方法：
他读的时候你滞后2～3秒去读
做好一个月，你的发音会有奇妙的提升，半年超屌，一年以上真好听
这就是我在大一上学期一直在做的一件事情，当然还有背单词（之前的文章说过太多遍了，我不想提了）。
PS:那么多人问我，我那么用心写，能有一个人坚持一年我都很欣慰了，呵呵！估计都没有。没有啦，开个玩笑，你们加油啦。
关于演讲稿，我想说，真的很难，但一定要跨越出去，不然永远写不好，我在得到题目（当时是关于青春的），我就在网上查很多演讲稿，也在视频app里搜了很多演讲比赛冠军的视频。不知道你知不知道有一届21世纪杯英语演讲比赛全国总决赛冠军-顾秋蓓

当时听她流利的英语演讲，即席演讲的冷静沉着，问答的对答如流，我就在想，我大学一定要像她一样，有一天站在全国的舞台上，战胜自己的恐惧，向全国发出自己的声音（如果我说写这段话我哭了你信吗），当然，当时我跟她之间的差距和小学生与研究生时间没什么区别。
但我买了很多演讲的书籍、翻看了很多国外国内很多著名演讲比赛冠军的演讲稿，结合自己的经历和所思所想，写下了一篇五分钟的英语演讲。
你要指责就指责吧，反正这是我大一写的，也不怕有人说，但这确实是我一个字一个字抠出来的（除了歌词）。

The Youth
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to deliver a speech at this special occasion.
For one thing, I would like to ask you several questions:
1. Do you ever feel like a plastic bag drifting through the wind, wanting to start again?
2. Do you ever feel so paper thin like a house of cards one blow from caving in?
3. Do you ever feel already buried deep six feet under scream, but no one seems to hear a thing?
4. Do you know that there is still a chance for you?
OK, it is a truth universally acknowledged, that the young in want of success, must undergo theses adversities mentioned just for the sake that we are the youth and we have dreams!
Since all of us have experienced the college entrance examination, I consider that it is just a common sense: if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all. Moreover, youth comes only once in a lifetime and there is no second chance. Hence I cling to a belief that you and me should grab it when we can.
Then it’s time to take some instances. You may figure I will give some stories of a mass of successful people. No, today, I am only willing to share youth and dream myself with you.
Actually, neither my vocabulary size nor oral English were fine before entering the college, cause, you know, we were under the test-oriented education and lacked the chance to practice them. However, after being a freshman, I am in possession of an air of freedom to do what I enjoy. At the first day of this term, I set a target. Someday I would be learned in English.
To achieve this goal, it has been a routine for me to recite both four or six lists of a vocabulary book and one passage of New Concept English, translate one word and do some intensive listening practices per day. Some of my classmates were amazed for the reason that I had never been so industrious before, and sometimes they might ask me: Are you crazy,how can you study day and night without feeling tired? My answer was always solitary: Because I am young and I have a dream. It's the first time that I know what I aspire. And most significantly of all,my body may be weary but my heart never feels tired!
To my joy, in return for my diligence, I was able to recite three word books within just twenty days, besides, it's much easier for me to read a passage and grasp its main idea in much shorter time than before. At present, as you can see, I have ample courage and confidence to stand here and deliver this speech to you.
No matter what the consequence is, I still appreciate you for giving me this chance, which helps me to be closer to my dream.
Ultimately, I want to give some words to the youth who are still pursuing dreams including you and me: We don't have to feel like a waste of space, cause we are original, can not be replaced. After a hurricane comes a rainbow. My friends, we are fireworks. Come on, let our colors burst. Even brighter than the sunlight.

在写完演讲稿，每天走路、上厕所、在水房、图书馆、小树林（打扰的情侣不好意思了），我都会练自己的稿子，我读了、背了不下千遍，以至于我在比赛的时候毫不羞涩，毫不紧张，因为我已经准备好了！
取得的成效：在学校举行的一次英语演讲比赛中得到了第二名（大一哦）
PS：有点丑是不是，往后看好不好，我在变好的同时颜值也是在变好的（不要脸）
一个小插曲：当时的学校演讲比赛只是已备演讲，但你知道，正式的演讲比赛是有即兴演讲和问答的，可我在没有准备的情况下根本没法说，之后我也参加了一次雅思考试，你们就看我口语和写作吧，我们最开始都一样，或者你都比我好吧！
4.5分的口语，你都想象不出来是什么样子。因此，你知道为什么自己口语差吗，一方面平时读的少，另一方面自己知道的少。素材来自阅读和多听（这里放上听力和阅读干货两篇文章的链接）
因为这篇文章是以演讲为主线，所以时间跨度比较大，毕竟演讲比赛一年就一次，其他的事情在其他文章以后再提。
反正我一直做的事就是精读、精听、以雅思考试为藤蔓，在英语听说读写四个方面不断向上爬，材料与方法在链接（即之前的文章已叙述太多，在此就不再赘述）。
在大三上学期，有两个演讲比赛，一个是外研社举办的，一个是中国日报举办的，最开始我的想法是得外研社杯校园选拔赛第一名代表学校参加北京赛决赛，结果没发挥好（不一定是借口）只拿了二等奖，后来刘老师告诉我还有21世纪杯，我当时就觉得好气哦，一定要争气，我就去参加了，但这次我准备的超级细致。
这次比赛，我主要有三方的协助：

知道他是谁吗，2005年全球英语演讲比赛冠军（击败众多英语母语者），得到英国亲王的接见。 你可以上网去查一些他的演讲课程，我找不到了，但我之后的演讲结构都深受他的影响。

21世纪杯英语演讲比赛冠军-夏鹏
2费费姐
也很凑巧，在搜集资料的同时，我在网上看到了费费教英语演讲
费费姐真心特别好，简直是我的英语演讲救星，她所讲的演讲课程（免费）帮我梳理了演讲目的、结构、写法、即兴演讲、问答等等障碍，而且还帮我改稿子，我的稿子也被毙了改了不下三遍吧，熬了挺多的夜，看了很多资料，真心推荐给你们（但费费姐目前在美国出差貌似有点忙）。
我依然如此，在写完稿子后走到哪练到哪，就不多说了哈，跟上面一样。不过我不说即兴演讲的事你们就丧失兴趣了不是吗？来吧～
这是我专门为即兴演讲和问答做的一些思维导图（费费姐在公众号有写，不要什么都不想就去问人家，先把公众号里的干货看完，有音频听完，实践了再去问，诸如什么怎么写演讲稿这种问题，可能自己智商不太够看不懂文章）。材料用的TED演讲，我每天听两篇，用思维导图把讲者演讲的结构和内容用思维导图做出来，一共也做了几十个吧，这样思维结构锻炼到了，素材也积累了。
之后我再针对近年来即兴演讲题目自己去想论点，画思维导图，有了结构和内容，就很容易讲出来了（不要被迷惑，我说的是持之以恒的小事积累才能让你看起来最终毫不费力）。
关于台风、演讲腔调多看21世纪杯历年来冠军的视频吧，我最喜欢的还是夏鹏和顾秋蓓，听了不下百遍，一定会让你受益万分。
结果：得了21世纪杯英语演讲比赛校园选拔赛冠军
3学校老师
因为得了特等奖，将与另一名特等奖同学一起代表学校参加北京市决赛，老师给我们在发音、节奏等方面都做了细致的指导，甚至还带我们找到了费费姐工作的五百强公司现场指导，超级荣幸。
但又发挥不好，只得了二等奖，哎～

Man and technology:" The Brave New World"
--Who is and will be under control, man or technology
Ladies and gentlemen,
My topic is "Who is and will be under control, man or technology?"
Technology is invented since we want to control everything. But the more we control through technology, the more we are controlled by technology.
Do you share the same experience? Sometimes, we feel so tired after finishing work that the only thing we want is to chat with someone. Looking around, we turn to feel strange that nearly everyone is holding a phone, gazing at screen, laughing, tearing, or with, no emotion, though just a few minutes before, we have been one of them; then we get a message from friend through wechat, what's going on, you look depressed, who sits only meters away. Actually, it depresses us further......
Numerous benefits as we have gained from technology, the sense of depression is so clear while without it. Since we have been used to hiding from ourselves, pretending to be a different person in the virtual world in great efforts to draw the attention from the outside world, while we couldn't get the same joy and the same satisfaction in the real world. But the longer we pretend in the virtual world, the farther we leave from the real world. Maybe in the end, the man-made technology would make us the technology-molded man.
However, we also have the strength to control it to serve us appropriately. Most of us might be informed of this competition via wechat, which brings us together today. And I know you share the same feeling, enjoying looking at the audiences' eyes not separated by a screen; feeling encouraged through their eyes' being clearer because of your speech face-to-face. And this joy could also be spread through technology, attracting students from all of the country to showcase their unique ideas in front of peers and teachers confidently and bravely.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Never abandon such strength. Our " Brave New World", instead of a technology-molded paradise, must be a man-made home.

很快，有接近一年过去了，到了大三暑假，我要雅思出分了，听力与写作早就稳居8分不下，但写作与口语仍然6分不上，因此在暑假我花5小时，甚至十小时跟读雅思口语，强烈推荐这个这个公众号和课程（接近3000，但绝对超值）。
因此在香港中文大学（深圳）的辩论比赛中和团体一起拿到了冠军，雅思考试也终于考到了总分7.5，口语6.5。
方法都一样，但也许是时间的积累，其实大四上学期我认真写完演讲稿后练的时间很少，大部分时间都用在了实习上面，只能在下班后坐到离学校最近的地铁站，然后顶着寒风走回学校的途中一遍一遍地练演讲稿。
虽然寒风刺骨，但我很享受这种旁若无人，放声演讲的感受，也算是对自己的一份交代了吧，毕竟第四年了，21世纪杯也许是我参加的最后一届了，我这次一定要冲入全国赛。
我们老师这次真的在集训上下了很大功夫，找来外教专门指导，可见之重视～
如愿以偿，我得了北京赛季军，冠军和季军分别来自外交学院和北京语言大学。
明年全国赛杭州，我来～

Belt and Road: China and World
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen,
Today, I’d like to begin with two questions. What connects the continents? Oceans? Not really. It’s people who sail across them. And what links different countries? Roads? Not exactly. It’s also people who take them. Because of the China-led Initiative, people along the Belt and Road exchange more and more frequently. Therefore, the distance between China and the rest of the world is much closer, while the understanding of China, in a world view, much clearer.
The initiative shows the Chinese way of globalization that brings mutual benefits to both China and its cooperators. It demonstrates China’s pursuit of common development rather than hegemony. As we can see today, China’s assistance to underdeveloped nations is abundant, providing them with life necessities, helping them build infrastructure, and offering them job opportunities. All these efforts greatly contribute to our common goal of narrowing the gap between rich and poor as well as pursuing common prosperity. These countries gain the opportunity to develop faster through cooperating with China, while China can also improve its international influence.
Meanwhile, the world understands China better. In the past, the trade was done merely through carriages or camels. However, current railways have greatly accelerate travel and communication, so an increasing number of foreigners can have access to diverse parts of China in person instead of only by newspapers that are sometimes unreliable. You might have watched some videos about many westerners who cannot help feeling amazed at the Chinese new four great inventions: the high-speed train, Alipay, bike sharing, and online-shopping. They come to realize that Chinese people have enjoyed a much better life than decades ago, China is eager to communicate with the outside world for peaceful development, and China is building such bridges to bring everyone closer and work together.
Ladies and gentlemen,
“Belt and Road Initiative” not only strengthens the relationship between China and other nations in a mutually beneficial way, but tells a stronger China that still pursues peaceful joint development.
