游泳（Swimming）

游泳是一种能增强心肺功能、预防多种疾病、提高免疫力、释放压力的运动方式。现代游泳运动起源于英国。现代游泳标准赛事中规定的四种泳姿是：蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和蝶泳。游泳的最高组织机构是国际游泳联合会，总部设在瑞士洛桑。

跆拳道（Taekwondo）

跆拳道是一种主要使用手及脚进行格斗或对抗的运动，起源于朝鲜半岛，是由朝鲜三国时代的跆跟、花郎道演化而来的，韩国民间流行的一项技击术。跆拳道运动始终倡导“以礼始，以礼终”，有“礼义廉耻、忍耐克己、百折不屈”十二字精神。
