第四届外交学院国际法青年论坛邀请函

Invitation for the 4th Young Scholars’ Forum for International Law of China Foreign Affairs University

为推动国际法学发展，搭建国际法青年学者的交流平台，汇聚培育、交流砥砺青年思想，外交学院国际法研究所拟于2019年10月12日举办第四届国际法青年论坛。本次论坛特邀参与制定《国际商事合同通则》的方丹教授（Prof. Marcel FONTAINE） 作为主题发言人，议题围绕“《国际商事合同通则》的适用与发展”展开，诚邀法律实务界人士及国内外青年学者就以上议题共同参与讨论。

请参会者于2019年9月30日前提交参会回执，拟发言人于10月7日前提交发言题目及摘要。我们将从中选择部分参会者作为主题发言人。

In order to push the study of international law forward and establish a communicating platform for young scholars in this field, International Law Institute of China Foreign Affairs University will hold the 4th Young Scholars’ Forum of International Law on 12th October, 2019. This symposium especially invites Prof. Marcel FONTAINE as the leading speaker, who participated in the drafting process of UNIDROIT Principles. The topic relates to “The Application and Development of UNIDROIT Principles” and we sincerely welcome legal practitioners and young scholars home and abroad to jointly discuss these issues.

Any guest who would like to attend the conference, please kindly reply the following registration form before 30th September 2019. Person who plans to give speech, please send the title and abstract of your paper before 7th October. We will decide to choose some of the participants as speakers.
