随着疫情形势的发展态势，本建议将做相应调整。

Along with the development of the epidemic, the following advice will be revised accordingly.

疫情流行期间，建议尽量通过网络采用远程视频、电话等方式召开会议。建议原则上不召开、延期或减少召开集中会议，如必须召开，建议遵循以下原则：

Distant video meeting and teleconference are recommended during the COVID-19 epidemic. Face-to-face meetings should be cancelled, postponed or cut down. If one must be held, the following rules should be followed.

一

会前准备

Part I: Before the Meeting

1

在会议举办场所的大厅入口安置红外体温检测仪。

Infrared thermometers should be installed at the entrance to the conference hall.

2

会议组织方为参会人员、服务人员配备一次性医用口罩、手消毒剂等物品。

The meeting organizer should prepare single-use medical masks, alcohol-based sanitizer for the participants and service staff.

会场座位保持足够间隔，建议1米以上。

The distance between seats should be increased, preferably at least 1 meter.

4

会场、宾馆和餐厅等场所定期清洁与消毒，加强室内通风。

The conference hall, hotel and restaurant should be cleaned and disinfected regularly. Proper ventilation and air circulation should be maintained.

5

会议场所原则上不使用新风系统，中央空调应关闭回风系统，或使用分体空调。

Fresh air system should not be used in conference hall. The air return system should be shut down when central air conditioning is used. Split-type air conditioning is recommended.

6

洗手间要配备足够的洗手液，保证水龙头等供水设施正常使用。

Liquid soap should be prepared in sufficient volume in washrooms. The water supply facilities should function properly.

7

会议组织方在会议召开前主动了解参会人员及服务人员的健康状况。

The meeting organizer should inquire about the health condition of the participants and service staff before the meeting.

二

会议召开期间

Part II: During the Meeting

参会人员、服务人员应配合会议组织方做好每日健康监测。若出现发热、咳嗽、咽痛、胸闷、呼吸困难、乏力、恶心呕吐、腹泻、结膜炎、肌肉酸痛等可疑症状，需及时报告会议组织方，配合就医并按要求开展隔离医学观察。

The participants and service staff should cooperate with the meeting organizer in daily health monitoring. If symptoms compatible with COVID-19 develop, the participants and service staff should notify the meeting organizer, get medical treatment, and take isolation and medical observation as required. The symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, chest distress, breathing difficulties, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis and muscle ache.

参会人员、服务人员进入会场前均要测量体温，并全程佩戴一次性使用医用口罩。用过的口罩需弃置垃圾桶中，不可随意丢弃。

The participants and service staff should have their temperature taken before entering the conference hall and wear single-use medical masks throughout the meeting. The used masks should be disposed of in garbage bins.

建议缩短会议时间，如会议时间较长，建议每小时通风一次。

The duration of the meeting should be shortened. The windows should be opened at least once an hour if the meeting is long.

会议期间用餐，应注意饮食安全与卫生，建议采用分餐制、错峰就餐等形式，避免聚集就餐，并加强对餐具的消毒及管理。

The safety and hygiene of food should be strengthened. Individual serving and eating at off-peak hours are recommended. Having meal together at the same time should be avoided. Disinfection and proper management of tableware should be strengthened.

会场、宾馆房间、专用交通工具等，建议每天清洁、消毒、通风换气，及时清理垃圾。

The conference hall, hotel rooms and transport for the meeting should be cleaned, disinfected and ventilated every day. Rubbish should be cleaned out in time.

参会人员尽量减少外出，如需外出，应全程佩戴一次性使用医用口罩，做好个人防护和手卫生。

The participants should avoid going out. If they have to, they should wear single-use medical masks throughout the travels and pay attention to self-protection and hand hygiene.

若参会人员、服务人员中发现1例新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎确诊病例，会议立即终止，并按照“新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控方案”要求做好密切接触者医学观察与病例排查工作。

If one of the participants or service staff is confirmed to have COVID-19, the meeting should be suspended at once. Close contacts should be placed under medical observation and suspected cases should be investigated according to the Scheme for the Prevention and Control of COVID-19.
