CNRI-2019摄影大赛 CNRI-2019 Photography contest.

本次比赛面向各族选手开放。以下是比赛类别：

This contest is open for contestants from all nationalities. 

Following are the categories for competition:

1.春天（花，天气）Spring (Flowers, weather)

2.家庭（孩子，天真，老人，团结）Family (Kids, innocence, Old, bonding)

3.自制食品（印度和中国）Home-made Food (Indian and Chinese) 

4.创新（智能技术）Innovation (Smart Technology)

5.生活方式（服装、配饰、风格）Lifestyle (Clothing, accessories, style)

6.艺术（雕塑、绘画）Art (statue, paintings)

7.景观 Landscape

8.文化交流 Cultural Exchange

获奖者将根据投票结果并由三名裁判组成的裁判组来决定。根据投票结果每个种类将有三名获奖者，及另外三名获奖者由裁判选出。

Winners will be decided on the basis of voting and by panel of three Judges. There will be three winners on the basis of voting and three winners from Judges in each category.

比赛规则如下：

Following are the rules of the contest :

1.  参赛作品必须为原创

Entries must be the original work.

2.     每个条目应包含以下信息：

Each entry should contain the following information:

a)    照片标题 Title of photograph

b)    摄影师姓名（名和姓) Name of photographer (first and last) 

c) 照片的日期和位置 Date and location of photograph

d) 简短的（1-3个句子）描述照片 

    A short (1-3 sentences) description of the photograph

e) 照片比赛类别Photo contest category 

3.      参赛者可以参加多个类别的比赛。

Contestants can participate under multiple categories.

4. 每个类别只接受一个图像。

Only one image per category will be accepted.

5. 提交的照片必须至少640像素，最大2000像素，且不大于5MB。所有照片应为jpeg格式

Photos submitted must be at least 640 pixels and maximum 2000 pixels and not larger than 5MB. All photos should be in JPEG format.

6. 所有提交的照片必须包含原始的exif元数据信息。但是，图像上不得有边框、徽标、版权标记、识别标记或任何其他可见的参考和/或标记

All submitted photos must contain the original EXIF metadata information. However there must be no border(s), logo(s), copyright marks, identifying marks, or any other visible references and/or marks on the image.

7. 禁止使用高级编辑来创建幻象、欺骗和/或操作，以及在框架内添加和删除重要元素。

Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements within the frame is prohibited.

8.  CNRI保留为认证目的调用原始jpeg或原始文件（exif不变）的权利。如果无法提供此信息，可能会忽略图像

CNRI reserves the right to call for original JPEG or RAW files with unchanged EXIF for the purpose of authentication. An image maybe disregarded if this information cannot be provided.     

9. 评审团的决定将是最终决定，对所有参赛者就与比赛有关的所有事宜具有约束力。

The decision of CNRI’s judging panel will be final and binding on all Participants in respect to all matters relating to the Contest.   CNRI

10. 如果参赛者被发现操纵投票比赛，他/她将被取消比赛资格。

If entrant is found to be manipulating voting contest, he/she will be removed from the competition.

11.微信组将进行更新和查询（仅限参赛者、评委、组织者和赞助商）。必须严格遵守该组的规则。如有违反，成员将被永久删除。

Wechat group for updates and queries will be made (only for entrants, judges, organisers and sponsors). Rules of this group has to be strictly followed. In case of violation member will be removed permanently.

12.比赛结束后，可继续或解散微信群。

After the competition, Wechat group may be continued or dissolved.

13. 条目将由Shri.AkhilParashar（CRI记者），Shri.Suvam Pal（CGTN记者）和Shri.Ashish（北京“WeYoga”创始人兼董事）进行判断。

Entries will be judged by Shri. Akhil Parashar (Journalist CRI), Shri. Suvam Pal (Journalist CGTN) and Shri. Ashish (Founder and Director of “WeYoga”, Beijing.)

14. 参赛作品不得包含以下内容：

酒精、暴力、毒品、裸体或任何非法或不当行为。包含任何不适当材料的条目将被取消资格。

Entries will not contain the following: 

alcohol, Violence, drugs, nudity or any kind of illegal or inappropriate behaviour. Entries that contain any inappropriate material will be disqualified.

15. 参赛者提交参赛作品后，同意授予CNRI绝对和不可撤销的权利和许可，允许CNRI使用、重新使用、发布和重新发布与比赛有关的图片。结合任何受版权保护的事项，以插图、宣传、艺术、广告和贸易、新闻、信息和教育为目的的任何和所有媒体，并以其原名或其他方式对其进行版权保护。因此，参赛者免除CNRI因使用照片而产生或与之相关的任何和所有索赔和要求，包括但不限于侵犯隐私的任何和所有索赔。

By submitting the entry, the entrants agree to grant CNRI the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the photographs in displays related to the contest. In conjunction with any copyrighted matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, promotion, art, advertising and trade, news, informational and educational purposes and to copyright the same, under its original name or otherwise. Entrants thereby releases and discharges CNRI from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photos, including without limitation any and all claims for invasion of privacy.

16. 参赛作品可于2019年4月30日中国时间18:00前提交。

Entries can be submitted by 30^th of April 2019, 18:00 China time. 

17. 投票页面将于2019年5月10日生成，投票时间为2019年5月15日。

Voting page will be generated on 10^thof May 2019 and voting can be done till 15^th of May 2019.

18. 每个类别的两种格式的获胜者将于2019年5月16日宣布。

Winners from both the format in each category will be declared on 16^th of May 2019.

19. 以下是比赛的奖品：

Following are the prizes for the contest :

一等奖-自动和面机      1^st Prize   - Automatic Dough Maker

二等奖—电动平底锅 2^ndPrize    - Electric flat Pan

三等奖—平底锅          3^rdPrize     - Flat Pan

奖品总数为48件（每种比赛形式24件）

Total prizes to be won are 48 (24 in each format of contest)
