最近，瑞安集团创始人兼主席、中国多座城市新天地系列城市重建计划的推动者罗康瑞（Vincent Lo）荣获ULI终身受托人，这是ULI颁发给最忠实和最令人钦佩的会员的荣誉。罗先生是历史上获得此殊荣的第二十位企业家，亦是亚太区第二位ULI终身受托人。
第三届ULI亚太区REImagine将于2022年11月8日至10日在曼谷以线下活动的方式举行，重点关注酒店、零售、餐饮、生活方式，以及它们之间的一切联系。这标志着ULI在泰国召开首次正式活动。活动主题为 " Experience the Experience "，这与我们创造房地产“体验”非常契合。活动内容包括一场论坛、开发商带领的项目考察活动，以及与志同道合的ULI亚太区会员和当地城市领袖在享用泰国美食的同时进行交流。10月18日前报名可享受早鸟价。

ULI布里斯班：

9月21日，ULI布里斯班与赞助商Cornerstone集团以及主办方Ellivo建筑事务所一起，就昆士兰不断演进的住房危机举行了一场引人入胜的问答式座谈会。会议还讨论了提供社会福利住房和可负担得起的住房所需的战略，以满足供应和加速需求之间的巨大缺口，这种情况在未来五年内将有增无减。由昆士兰社区和住房部长Leeanne Enoch阁下领导的、包括Brisbane Housing Company首席执行官Rebecca Oelkers和99 Consulting合伙人Jon Eastgate在内的专家小组，就该州的新交付战略进行了讨论。
ULI涉足印度市场

该竞赛是WLI不断努力提高妇女在房地产行业的形象的一部分，同时也是对该国可持续设计的一种支持。
ULI大湾区：ESG技术--大湾区的未来
ULI大湾区最近在深圳和广州举办了一系列活动，邀请当地的利益相关者分享他们的经验和见解。
通过与InnoSpace、香港科技大学、汉国置业、凯龙瑞集团、普洛斯以及瑞安等多家企业的合作，《ESG技术--大湾区的未来》取得了成功，我们希望能与更多的大湾区社区分享最佳实践，并进一步扩大ULI的影响。
ULI新加坡YLG：
位于哥烈码头21号的WeWork旗舰工作空间
ULI新加坡青年领袖小组（YLG）与WeWork东南亚增长主管Elizabeth Law Fuller共同举办了一场关于灵活工作空间业务的学习讨论。在这次讨论中，Elizabeth分享了指导WeWork在哥烈码头21号的最新空间开发的市场考虑和商业驱动设计原则。她还强调了融合设计和经济的综合方法对于成功交付其旗舰工作空间的重要性。
ULI中国香港YLG：将军澳创新园项目考察
ULI中国香港青年领袖小组在香港科技园公司的引导下，参观了新近揭幕的先进制造中心。这个一流的设施具有高规格且服务全面的先进制造业生产基地。它的使命是让香港重新工业化，实现技术驱动型的增长，并强化 "创新、设计和香港制造 " 品牌。
ULI上海：CEO论坛精彩回顾
9月23日，ULI上海举办了CEO论坛，吸引了大约50位领先的开发商和投资公司的高级管理人员参加。这次闭门会议集中讨论了两个话题：房地产开发商和投资者如何驾驭当前充满挑战的市场环境，以及商业地产行业将如何发展。会议还包括一个主题演讲：乘风破浪 - 全球及中国资本市场趋势分析。
ULI韩国：
与Brad Dockser就ESG问题进行炉边对话
ULI韩国举办了一场ESG炉边对话，邀请Green Generation的首席执行官及ULI Randall Lewis房地产可持续发展中心顾问委员会委员Brad Dockser出席。谈话围绕着ESG的全球趋势和全球领先的房地产公司多年来的追求展开。还讨论了这些追求如何产生积极的财务和气候结果，并与投资者制定战略计划的观点相呼应。互动对话为与会者提供了一个很好的学习体验。
Vincent Lo, the founder and chairman of Shui On Group and the driving force behind the Xintiandi urban redevelopment initiatives in several Chinese cities, was recently named a ULI Life Trustee, a distinction reserved for the most devoted and admired members of ULI. He is the 20th person honoured and the second in the Asia Pacific region.
The third iteration of ULI Asia Pacific REImagine returns as an in-person event on 8-10 November 2022 in Bangkok, highlighting hospitality, retail, food and beverage, lifestyle, and everything in between. This marks the first official ULI event in Thailand and the theme, "Experience the Experience" cannot be more relevant as we create ‘experience’ in real estate. The programme includes a forum, developer-led project tours, and networking over Thai cuisine with like-minded ULI Asia Pacific members and local city leaders. Enjoy early bird rates until 18 October.
Proptech has become the main driving force for the latest real estate industry revolution and enterprise transformation. Urban Land Institute and Ernst & Young have co-developed the GBA Proptech White Paper around the theme of technology innovation and digital transformation of the real estate industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA).

Council Snapshots
ULI Brisbane: Speakeasy on Social and Affordable Housing
On 21 September, ULI Brisbane together with sponsors Cornerstone Group and hosts Ellivo Architects, held an engaging Q&A Speakeasy on the evolving housing crisis in Queensland. It also addresed the strategy needed to deliver social and affordable housing to meet the yawning gap in supply and accelerating demand, which is set to continue unabated for the next five years. The Panel, headed by Queensland’s Minister for Communities and Housing, the Hon. Leeanne Enoch, discussed the State’s new delivery strategy, along with the expert panel line-up including Rebecca Oelkers, CEO, Brisbane Housing Company and Jon Eastgate, Partner, 99 Consulting.
ULI Footprint to Include India
ULI is pleased to announce its expansion into India. Sanjeev Sanyal, Member of Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council and prominent thought leader on urban issues engaged in a lively conversation with ULI India’s inaugural co-chair Rohan Sikri, Senior Partner, the Xander Group to commemorate the occasion, at a leadership forum convened by ULI and attended by select industry leaders in Mumbai.
In line with ULI’s global mission, the conversation focused on insights and new ideas for India’s urban agenda.
ULI Philippines WLI: Paco Park Design Competition
ULI Philippines Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI), in partnership with the National Parks Development Committee, is launching the Paco Park Design Competition. Teams of three to five women have four weeks to devise a development guide for the national park. The top three award winners will receive significant cash prizes, and the winning entry's design will be executed for the beneficiary.
The competition is part of WLI’s ongoing effort to raise the profile of women in the real estate industry and as support sustainable design in the country.
ULI GBA: ESG Technologies - The Future of the Greater Bay Area
ULI GBA held a series of events in Shenzhen and Guangzhou recently to engage local stakeholders in sharing their experience and insights.
Through partnership with various corporations including InnoSpace, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hon Kwok Land Investment, Kailong, GLP, and Shui On Land, ESG technologies - The Future of the Greater Bay Area was a success, and we hope to share the best practices and further our impact with the broader GBA community.
ULI Singapore YLG: WeWork Flagship Workspace at 21 Collyer Quay
The ULI Singapore Young Leaders Group (YLG) hosted a learning discussion about the flexible workspace business with Elizabeth Laws Fuller, Head of Growth for WeWork Southeast Asia. In this discussion, she shared about the market considerations and commercially-driven design principles that steered the development of WeWork’s newest space at 21 Collyer Quay. The importance of an integrated approach blending design and economics to deliver its flagship workspace successfully is also highlighted.
ULI Hong Kong YLG: Guided Tour to Tseung Kwan O INNOPARK
ULI Hong Kong Young Leaders Group presented a guided tour by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation to the newly unveiled Advanced Manufacturing Centre. The Centre is a best-in-class facility with high-spec, a fully-serviced production base for advanced manufacturin. Its mission is to re-industrialise Hong Kong, achieve technology-driven growth and strengthen the “Innovated, Designed and Made in Hong Kong” brand.
ULI Shanghai: CEO Forum Recap
On 23 September, ULI Shanghai held a CEO Forum, and about 50 senior executives of leading developers and investors attended. This closed-door meeting focused on two topics: how real estate developers and investors navigate through the current challenging market conditions and how commercial property sector will evolve. The meeting also included a keynote presentation on Global and China capital market trends.
ULI South Korea: Fireside Chat with Brad Dockser on ESG
ULI South Korea hosted an ESG fireside chat featuring Brad Dockser, CEO of Green Generation and Advisory Board Member of the ULI Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate. The conversation centred around global trends in ESG and the pursuits of global-leading real estate companies over the years. It also discussed how those pursuits provide positive financial and climate outcomes, paralleled with an investor’s perspective on setting strategical plans. The interactive dialogue provided participants a great learning experience.
