南京乡下废弃农舍打造民宿,海归建筑师的朴素田园牧歌

11月30日,一个清透的早晨,
Bee Plan从上海驱车3小时,
到达了位于南京市的田园泊舍。
在那里,我们见到了田园泊舍
民宿的设计师,的创始人,黄迪。
In a clear morning on 30th November,
Bee Plan team started from Shanghai,
arrived Tian yuan bo she in Nanjing
after 3 hours drive.
We've met the designer of
this homestay, the founder of .
房子位于远离江宁区中心
11.7公里的郊野,
四面农田,前后有两处鱼塘,
亦可遥望见北方连绵起伏的群山,
一派田园风光。
The house is located in countryside
where is far away from the center
of Jiangning District for 11.7km,
and surrounded by farmland.
There are two ponds in front and
behind the house, you can also
see the rolling mountains in the north,
and enjoy the pastoral scenery.
利用废弃的屋舍扩建成民宿,
在城市边缘打造一处
隐归田园的居所,
朴素地再现田园牧歌,
又不失对高品质居住环境的追求,
让久居城市的人群在自然景观中得到心灵的释放。
The owners wish to reuse the
abandoned houses to expand the homestays,
so as to create an idyllic residence
on the edge of the city.
Reproducing the idyllic lifestyle naturally,
but keep the pursuit of high-quality
living environment as well.
So that people who have lived in
the city for a long time can get spiritual
release in the natural landscape.

Homestay in Countryside
泊舍,南京
我叫黄迪,是一名来自上海的独立建筑设计师。我在苏州有自己的一个工作室,叫做。我们做各种类型的空间项目,比如民宿、商店、商铺。
这个民宿在南京的江宁区郊野,前后是有两处鱼塘跟一些农田。业主想在这里打造一个非常有田园意趣的空间场所。
I'm Huang Di, an independent architect from Shanghai. I have my own studio in ShuZhou, called . Our works involve various types of space projects, such as homestays, shop, store and others.
This homestay hotel located in countryside of Jiangning district, Nanjing. The owner wish to create a very idyllic space at here.
我们试图构建空间的延续性和整体性,以打破传统室内“房间”限制的壁垒。三间客房的后院可以相互打通,那么当你是一个小团体,或者一个大家庭住进来的时候呢,是可以有一个联动跟互动的。
一个客房有100平米大,最终你能看到它是没有一面封闭的墙面,没有一个封闭的房间。但是,我们通过组织视线跟这种隔墙的遮挡,可以去避免一些尴尬的视线接触,完成空间的一个切分。
We tried to build the continuity and integrity of the space to break down the barriers of traditional indoor “room”. The backyard consists of three rooms can get ththrough with each other, which means if you come here with many friends or as a big family, you can all have interaction and be together.
Each room is 100 square meters large. Finally, you will find there is no enclosed wall and room in this space. meanwhile, we organize the sight line with this kind of partition wall, to avoid any awkward eye contact. Eventually, we finished the segmentation of space.
比较有趣的是,我们在民宿里面使用到大量的业主提供的材料,像是农庄现有的一些老榆木材。那么这些材料很多是我们在设计之初是无法考虑到的。
Some interesting things in the process of our design is that we used a lot of materials which are provided by the owner. Such as some old elm wood in the farmstead. Many of those materials can't be considered at the first place of our design.
打破常规的意义
对于田园泊舍来说,他的目标客户就是亲子大家庭,或者说团体。所以说在室内的设计上我们是打破常规的封闭空间设计,包括平面空间的设计。大家可以各取所需,在整个一个大空间上,形成一个非常热闹的一个情景。
The meaning of broking rules
For Tian yuan bo she, its target customers are big family or groups obviously. For this reason, we decided to break the conventional enclosed space design (includes plane space design). Everyone are free to pick what they need, and finally forming a very lively scene in the whole large space.
大有不同,才会是网红
广义地来说,一个民宿能否被大众所接纳,或者我们现在说得比较通俗一点:它能否成为一个网红的民宿?其实在我看来永远是取决于他的差异点的。
它能做到与其他的民宿项目,或者说与其他的住宿类项目、休闲娱乐类项目有多少不同,能提供多大的差异化的体验?这正是它的核心,也是它最有价值的部分。
Be different, be popular
In broad terms, a homestay can be accepted or not, in another word, can it be a popular icon? In my opinion, the decisive point is always its difference.
How different can a homestay project be? How many different experience can it provides? These are just the core of popularity, and also its most value part.
原始建筑5.3m的层高为阁楼的打造提供了一个契机,设计得以超越常规套房模式的独有客房布局,形成三种不同高度的空间平台:一层空间、过渡空间(阅读区)和阁楼空间,极大地丰富了竖向上的空间体验。
随着空间标高的增加,私密性逐步增强。每个套间面向的是一个亲密的小团体,因此我们希望室内的空间为人与人的交流互动创造平台与条件。
The 5.3m story height of the original building provided an opportunity for the creation of the attic, so that the design is able to go beyond the conventional suite pattern to have a unique room layout, which forms three spatial platforms at different heights: ground floorspace, transitional space (reading area) and the attic space. It greatly enriches the vertical space on experience.
With the increase of space elevation, privacy is gradually enhanced.Each suite is for an intimate group, and we hope to create a platform and conditions for interpersonal interaction in this indoor space.
阁楼卧室东西向的界面上试图营造“户外”的状态,帐篷自然露营在田野上的感觉,可以想见皓月当空,与君同坐帐篷中,在可俯瞰四周,可从天窗瞭望星空,安然闲适。
On the east-west interface of the attic bedroom, we tried to create an “outdoor” state. The tent naturally camps in the field. You can imagineseeing the bright moon in the sky, sitting with your lover in the tent, overlooking the surrounding, and looking at the stars from the skylight at ease.
材料与乡野元素运用:入户秋千、绳垂挂下的沙发吊床是心归田园的悸动;质感斑驳的浅灰色艺术墙漆结合古朴的老榆木装饰,餐桌区顶部纱幔自木架悬挂来,整体透出如置身乡间的野趣,飘渺悠闲,古朴静谧。用朴素的材料组合打造出了素雅且极具辨识度空间。
Application of materials and rural elements: the swing at the entrance, the sofa hammock hanging by the rope represent the desire of returning to the countryside; the light gray art wall paint with mottled texture matches the old elm wood decoration, gauze curtain of the coping in the mensal area is hanged from wooden frame, the whole building gives the rustic charmlike being in the countryside, ethereal and leisured, simple and quiet. Simple materials were used to create an elegant and very recognizable space.
室外景观平台也延续木门的肌理,青砖铺地,亦用作镂空围墙,顶部布满蓑草的凉亭和竹木编织的茶座,可游可憩,这时候再远眺远方的山、村落的袅袅炊烟和脚下的水,正应了一句诗:
暂离城镇居乡野,
屋外炊烟悬半沟。
是处临溪接翠岭,
此身喜静羡清幽。
The outdoor landscape platform also continues the texture of the wooden door, and the black bricks are usedto pave the floor and to build the hollow wall. The pavilion covered with Chinese alpine rush on the top and the tea seat woven with bamboo can be used for travel and rest. At this time, we can look out into the distance to the faraway mountains, wisps of smoke rose continuously from the village chimneys and the water under our feet, which just corresponds the poem:
Temporarily leave the town for the countryside,
outside cooking smoke hanging half ditch.
Being in the clean rivers and green mountains,
I enjoy this quietnessand beauty.
入口处做挑檐处理,呼应原建筑的徽派檐口,一上一下形成韵律感,入口挑檐打破单调缺乏变化的立面的同时,为游客提供了标识及引导功能。结合外嵌的浴室空间,正好为入口构造了一个内凹的灰空间,保证了良好的隐蔽性。
The eaves at the entrance echo the Hui-style cornices of the original building, forming a sense of rhythm from top to bottom. The eaves at the entrance break through the monotonous and lack of changes in the facade, at the same time, providing visitors with signs and guiding functions. Combined with the built-in bathroom space, a concave grey space is constructed for the entrance to ensure good concealment.
踏青石板路而来,叩开木门,在原木青砖的古朴世界中品味素雅和野趣的同时又能享受乡间贴近自然的生活与居住状态。
Step onto the black brisk road, knock open the wooden door, savor simple but elegant and rustic charmin the primitive world of logs and black bricks, in the meantime, enjoy the rural life and live condition that close to nature.
