不喝可乐,能喝什么?
先喝无糖的苏打水、气泡水
也能给人起泡的爽感
逐渐过渡到牛奶、茶水、白开水等
实在受不了可以喝无糖可乐
它不含糖,能量也低一些
但有研究证明
无糖可乐也会增加肥胖、糖尿病风险
不建议长期喝哟!
