第九届西岸艺博会
第九届西岸艺术与设计博览会（简称“西岸艺博会”）将于2022年11月10日至13日在上海西岸艺术中心举行。本届西岸博览会汇聚来自 19 个国家、43 个城市逾百家顶级画廊、艺术机构及设计品牌参展，展品总数超3000件，呈现绘画、雕塑、摄影、装置、设计及数字艺术等多种媒介的精彩创作，为大家带来一场世界级艺术盛宴。
The 9th West Bund Art & Design Fair will be held at the West Bund Art Centre in Shanghai from 10th to the 13th November 2022. This year's West Bund Art & Design Fair brings together over 100 top galleries, art institutions and design brands from 19 countries and 43 cities, with a total of over 3,000 exhibits, presenting a world class art feast of paintings, sculptures, photographs, installations, designs and digital art in a variety of media.
西岸艺术中心 A馆
本届博览会由参展单元、 AI PLAZA xiàn chăng 单元、perspective 视角单元、DREAM video 影像单元、线上展览单元WESTBUND ONLINE以及论坛单元构成。展览总面积超过3万平方米，并进一步发挥博览会辐射效应，将大型公共艺术展示拓展至沿江公共空间及“西岸凤巢”商业空间，以全面的艺术生态为区域文商旅融合发展赋能，构筑全球瞩目的城市艺术版图。
This year’s West Bund Art & Design Fair consists of multiple zones filled with exciting content and exhibitors. Among these are zones featuring Exhibiting Galleries, perspectives, DREAM Video, AI Plaza xiàn chǎng, WESTBUND ONLINE and west bund voice, with a total exhibition area of more than 30,000 square metres, and further demonstrates the radiant effect of the fair by expanding the display of large-scale public art to public spaces along the river. The exhibition will also be held in the AI PLAZA commercial space, enabling the development of a comprehensive art ecology for the integration of culture, business and tourism in the region, and building a global art map for the city.
西岸艺术中心 B馆
第九届西岸艺术与设计博览会推出线上展览单元 WESTBUND ONLINE，于11月8日20:00上线，延续一周至11月15日20:00结束。49家参展画廊将呈现逾500件精心挑选的艺术作品，涵盖绘画、雕塑、装置、影像、摄影等多种形式，观众可以通过线上平台浏览作品并与画廊建立联系, 以科技赋能艺术，在展现丰富多元艺术生态的同时，首次实现线上线下联动展示，与西岸博览会共同激活艺术市场的增量发展。
The 9th West Bund Art & Design Fair launches the online exhibition WESTBUND ONLINE, which starts at 20:00 on 8 November and continues for one week until 20:00 on 15th November. 49 participating galleries will present over 500 selected artworks, covering painting, sculpture, installation, video, photography and other forms, and visitors can browse the works and connect with the galleries through the online platform. 呈现艺术设计精彩创作
本届博览会的 AI PLAZA xiàn chăng 单元、perspective 视角单元、DREAM video 影像单元、线上展览单元WESTBUND ONLINE以及多场论坛同样引人注目。
The AI PLAZA xiàn chăng , perspective, DREAM video, WESTBUND ONLINE and a number of forum events were also notable at this year's fair.
今年的AI PLAZA xiàn chăng单元将在西岸艺术中心A、B两馆展厅内外以及AI PLAZA西岸凤巢一层户外广场，呈现来自 6 组艺术家近两年的新作。其中，户外装置强调了与公共空间和在场观众的联结，将展出英国艺术家菲利普·考尔伯特的气模装置作品《气模龙虾泉》、倪志琪的不锈钢烤漆公共艺术作品《Vacuum椅》；新媒体及跨学科作品则探索了艺术在不同语境下的可能性，包括韩国数字媒体艺术家团队a'strict 的影像作品《海浪》、林奥劼的鼠标绘画《艺术乐园》、分号C“生成影像”的新媒体作品《螺旋》，以及张周捷基于web 3.0语境下的实验项目《MeshRare》。
This year's AI PLAZA xiàn chăng will present new works by six artists from the past two years, both inside and outside the exhibition halls of West Bund Art Centre A and B, as well as in the outdoor plaza on the ground floor of AI PLAZA.

This year, the DREAM video brings together the video works of more than 30 artists, presenting how this widely accepted and used medium has further become a tool for artists to express and experiment, responding to the trends and important issues of the times.

This year’s perspective section will feature four fascinating exhibitions on the metaverse, NFT and digital art, ranging from crypto art top streams to digital works by China's younger generation, exploring the integration of art with technology, finance and the internet, and considering the connection between the virtual and real worlds.

Shanghai is an increasingly vibrant city of the arts and the West Bund Art & Design Fair is an essential moment in the arts calendar. It also represents a key project during the Shanghai International Art Trade Month and provides the ideal link between major art museums, galleries and art institutions at home and abroad to grow a diverse art ecology. While the West Bank puts the global spotlight on the city, it will also perfectly encapsulate the vibrant artistic energy and dynamism of the city of Shanghai！
