NSIC | Official Guidelines for Expats to Download Tax Materials

To convenient the Foreigners and continues the Contactless Tax Service，Shekou Taxation Bureau deliberately sorted out the 《Guidelines for Foreigners to Printout Individual Tax Payment List and Tax Payment Certificate Online》. 为方便外籍人士，持续推行“非接触式”办税，蛇口税务局特意整理出线上打印个人纳税清单和完税证明指引。

Step One

   Open the website of “Electronic Taxpayer Service System of Shenzhen Tax Service”.

       打开“国家税务总局深圳电子税务局”网页。

Step Two

①Click “我要办税(Tax Business)”——②choose “自然人登录(Registration for Natural Persons)”——③click“自然人电子税务局（个人所得税等）[Electronic Taxpayer Service System(Individual Income Tax)]” on the bottom right.①点击“我要办税”——②选择自然人登录——③右下角“自然人电子税务局（个人所得税等）”

Step Three

④Open the “Individual Income Tax” APP and scan the QR code to log in.④打开个人所得税APP扫码登录Notes: If you have not registered your account in “Individual Income Tax ” APP, please bring your passport or entrust others to do it（valid identification of handling personnel and a statement of authorization signed by the taxpayer are required），go to the tax service center and handle “Registration Code Issuance” at counters for general business，and then fill in personal information in the “Individual Income Tax” APP to complete the registration.（The registration code is valid for 7 days. Natural persons who have not registered successfully may apply for registration codes again. The former code will be invalid when users register again.）提示：如外籍人士未在个人所得税APP注册，请本人携带外国护照或者委托他人办理（需要经办人员有效身份证明和纳税人本人签字的授权委托书），前往税务局综合窗口办理“注册码发放”业务，并在个人所得税APP填写个人信息完成注册。（注册码默认有效期为7天， 未注册成功的自然人可以重复申请注册码， 同一纳税人再次申请注册码时，原注册码失效。）

Step Four

⑤Drop down the webpage, choose “纳税记录开具(Tax Payment Records)”in the “常用业务(Common Business)”——⑥click “打开特色应用频道(open Featured APPs)”——⑦choose “深圳(Shenzhen)”⑤网页下拉，在“常用业务”中选择“纳税记录开具”——⑥点击“打开特色应用频道”——⑦选择“深圳”。

Step Five

Choose what you need to print选择需要打印的内容

Case A

To print tax payment records for the year of 2019 or later:⑧ Click “纳税记录开具（2019）[Tax Payment Records(2019)]”——⑨ choose the year at the column “开具年月”——⑩enter the instant verification code——⑪click “生成纳税记录[generate your Tax Payment Records]”——⑫click “下载(download)”——⑬enter your password (the password is the last six digits of your passport) to open the downloaded PDF file——⑭click “确认密码(confirm your passwords)”打印2019年及以后纳税记录开具：⑧选择“纳税记录开具（2019）”——⑨选择“开具年月”——⑩输入“随机验证码”——⑪点击“生成纳税记录“——⑫点击“下载”——⑬下载后打开文件输入“证件号后六位”作为打开密码——⑭“确认密码”

Case B

To print tax payment lists for the year of 2019 or later：⑮Click “纳税清单打印（2019）[Tax Payment Lists(2019)]”——⑯choose the year at the column “税款所属期”——⑰Click “查询”——⑱if you need a Chinese version, click “开具（中文）”; if you need a Chinese and English version, click “开具（中英对照）”——⑲click “下载”(download)打印2019年及以后纳税清单：⑮选择“纳税清单打印（2019）”——⑯选择“税款所属期”——⑰查询——⑱选择“开具（中文）”/“开具（中英对照）”——⑲下载

Tips：You can only generate your tax payment records for 3 times per day, please take care when entering your passwords and verification codes.温馨提示：纳税记录每天只能生成三次，输入密码、验证码等请谨慎确认。
