中国大学生喜爱雇主评选(hrawards.51job.com) 是目前国内权威且具广泛影响力的校园雇主的选拔。参选雇主需要填写包括雇员规模、招聘量、人才需求结构和薪酬福利创新等包含了几十项数据的问卷，同时提供最近两年的高校人才培养计划、校园投入、大学生就业方面的公益活动等多项实践案例。评选期间同时在全国50所以上重点院校与应届生求职网上进行应届毕业生求职满意度调查，了解大学生求职意愿、职业目标和雇主品牌的喜好。结合企业的报名问卷和高校毕业生的满意度调查，甄选出获奖企业。
