LEGO Shanghai moved to a new office where fixed working stations were removed, enabling every employee to make their own choices of what they need. Free sharing or independent focusing? A little snoozing or working hard by desk? It's all up to employees.

继亚洲最大律师事务所大成与MATSU合作后，MATSU与美国第8大律师事务所谢尔曼签约，在北京东四环华贸中心，为其办公空间进行整体规划，营造出理性而富有人性化的办公空间。
After MATSU’s collaboration with Asian’s biggest law firm, Dacheng, MATSU has signed service agreement with the 8th law firm in USA, Shearman located at China Central Place on East Fourth Ring. MATSU will provide overall space planning for its office, aiming to create a perceptual and humanized room.
为了体现律师行业的稳重，让客户来访时，对谢尔曼有强烈的信任感。MATSU为其选择了柚木饰面，辅以黑色皮质家具。
In order to reflect steadiness of lawyers to visitors and Shearman’s trustworthiness, MATSU chose teak veneer and used black leather furniture as ornament.
Shearman provide lift desk for each worker, which is seldom seen in domestic offices.

In the old days, students had to accept what they were taught,
very much like volume production in factories.
But now, the college puts more emphasis on classroom's function of facilitating students to learn and practice proactively and to make innovations.
We've made many arrangements here for students to carry out learning and discussion, such as we have lots of sharing areas, one canteen, one coffee house, one brainstorm room, small discussion room, silent room, event tables and chairs and so on. What we aim to do is to improve students' participation and enhance connection between teachers and students.
有时候，学习环境的改变意味着我们可以灵活设置教学空间。将椅子围成一圈方便讨论，或者分成几个小组，甚至连椅子也不要，学生可以在教室内来回走动的同时进行交流。
Sometimes we can change classrooms' environment in order to change learning environment. We may put the chairs into a circle or make students into groups. Or we don't even need chairs so students can enjoy discussion while walking around the classrooms.

金辉地产乃中国房地产企业41强，其北京办公室位于朝阳区望京金辉大厦。此次MATSU为其4000平米的北京办公空间提供了家具整体解决方案，可容纳260余人在此办公。
Radiance Property Holdings Limited ranks the 41st in China, who has located its Beijing office in Radiance Building Wangjing, Chaoyang District. Matsu was chose to be the one to provide its overall office furniture solution, which allows 260 people to stay.
We have both modern and simple mid and small conference rooms as well as steady and elegant large conference rooms here.
Anyscale also undertook the interior design task for Donghua Star. MATSU provided overall space planning and furniture supplying.
1层空间色彩以高级灰的组合为主，并嵌入枫木色地板提升空间的温暖感。地面、墙体，与Volpino软包坐垫，异形地毯的色彩形成高级灰组合。
The first floor is decorated mainly in senior grey and ornamented with maple floor to increase warmth of the space.The floor and wall are grey. They form a senior grey together with light grey of Volpino’ssoft cushion and neutral grey of irregular-shape carpet.
The second floor is designed with Volpino carrying orange cushion. Theirregular-shape carpet is in milk tea color. It creates a sense of layering together with champagne-color rail curtain and they actually match with eachother very well. Curtain and carpet are playing the role of space dividing inthis open space, and meanwhile, they also maintain the space transparency.
Volkswagen's diversified leisure office integrates different leisurely sharing modes into one space. We have Ginko sofa that has large"wings" for private talk. Ee also have flexible Velax sofa and mini-Ginko leisure chair for impromptu talk. Multimedia and Profession can also help to carry out1team sharing and training.
上汽大众集团大量的休闲区，甚至短暂性的娱乐项目（桌上足球）也出现在办公休闲区域。健身器材也出现在上汽大众集团办公空间，这是以往严肃的传统办公氛围中，难以想象的。
SAIC-Volkswagen has a large area for recreation. We can even see foosball here.Fitness equipment is a highlight in this office, which is unimaginable in the old serious state-owned enterprises.

法资企业佛吉亚，乃全球8大汽车零部件品牌。德国的大众，奥迪，中国的东风, 长安都是其合作伙伴。近期，佛吉亚绿动智行上海新总部全新启用。在继2013年玛祖铭立为其提供办公家具整体解决方案后，2017年再次为其营造“绿色健康，灵动多彩”的办公环境。
Faurecia, a France-funded enterprise, is one of global top 8 automobile part brands. Its partners include German Volkwagen and Audi, and Chinese DongFeng and Chang’An. In recent, Faurecia “Green and Intelligent” Shanghai new headquarter was launched. MATSU provided overall office furniture solution for Faurecia in 2013, and following that successful collaboration, in 2017, MATSU again designed a “green and healthy, flexible and colorful” office environment for it.
位于闵行优乐加工业园区的佛吉亚上海新总部，包括两座相邻的独立大楼，总建筑面积约45000平方米。在此，将有620位员工办公，其中包括350位工程师。
Located in Minhang You Le Jia Industrial Park, Faurecia Shanghai new head office has two neighboring buildings and covers a total area of 45000 sq meters. In the future, it can accommodate 620 employees in all which include 350 engineers.
“野战派”｜才华与灵感需要变位刺激
Talent and inspiration requires comfortable posture
The main building has 3 open working areas and they are at the building’s eastern and western part on the second floor, beside the window. Various shapes of creative sofa and combination furniture work out the best posture for talent and inspiration. Employees may work anywhere, sitting by open-style working station, standing by bar counter, or leaning against sofa. What’s more, they can also enjoy mobile working style. Anyway, they have many working styles for option and experience different fun.
开放式的办公区域内，也设置有私密空间，如翼形Wing高背沙发、Co system隔音站立办公桌，隔音电话亭等，让开放与私密平衡。
Apart from that, private space is also ensured in open working area, such as we have Wing sofa, Co system soundproof standing table and soundproof telephone booth. Now, an open-and-private-balanced space has been built.
“保守派”｜就爱安安静静的专注姿势

与开放式办公区不一样，专注工作区则以简约、理性的黑白灰为主，强调私密、高效。沿用传统的落地屏工作位。很好的满足了这一点。另外，佛吉亚所有员工均配置了头枕的Papilio人体工学椅，可根据使用者需求，进行坐高、坐深、扶手高度，以及倾仰支撑等
Different from open-style working area, focusing area features simpleness and rationality and pays more attention to privacy and efficiency. Traditional landing screens are used to well satisfy the above demands. Further, each employee in Faurecia is equipped with headrest-Papilio ergonomic chair, which can provide the functions of higher seat, lower seat, arm height regulation and leaning angle regulation and so on.
项目完工后，佛吉亚特地请来了世界领先的第三方测评机构——SGS进行空气质量检测，尤其是针对大家关心的甲醛及苯的含量。采样点多达42个，全部被测区域甲醛含量远优于国家标准。
After the completion, Faurecia specially asked a leading third-party assessment institution---SGS to test air quality, especially those main concerns about formaldehyde and benzene. As many as 42 sites have been sampled and the content of the two mentioned chemicals are much lower than our national standard.
The 1000000th 911 has been well assembled,meanwhile, Shanghai Porsche Center, located at No. 1215, Dongfang Road, wasunder reconstruction. MATSU designed a collaborative vibe for the office.
多样化的协作空间是此次改造的重点。在这两百余人的办公空间中，规划了近二十个适合不同人数，不一样沟通形式的协作空间。
The key point is to build a diversified collaborative space, where there are nearly20 different spaces for various workforce and communication ways.
有可容纳15-20人的多媒体大型会议室，有适合3-5人的小型多媒体室，也有3-5人的普通与会空间，亦或是轻松协作氛围的，比如：2-3人一组的圆桌吧台洽谈区，6-8人的吧台讨论区，10-15人的吧台聚集区等。
There are big rooms for 15-20 persons, small multi-function rooms for 3-5 persons andordinary rooms for 3-5 persons. We also have relaxing places like round barcounter discussion area for 2-3 persons, bar counter discussion area for 6-8persons and bar counter for 10-15 persons.

Sticks 隔断系统既保持了空间的通透性，又可营造一定的私密感。会谈不一定要是气氛紧张的，轻松一点，少一点层级感，多一点员工之间跨职能的相互理解与默契。
Sticks partition system not only ensures transparency but also maintains privacy. Insteadof being tense, it’s better for us to have a relaxing talk which is less in hierarchysense but more in mutual understanding among different functions.
