"Cross Double Tests" Required to Enter China from 4 Countries

Passengers to China need to provide "four negative certificates", that is the "cross double tests" certificates. Passengers must find two testing institutions certified by the embassy to test at the same time to get two negative nucleic acid certificates and two negative IgM antibody test reports. The implementation of "cross double tests" aims to eliminate fraudulent concealment and illegal "representative inspections" to ensure that the test results are true, accurate and effective.
来华旅客需提供“四阴证明”，即“交叉双检测”证明，必须找到大使馆认证的两家检测机构同时做检测，得到两份阴性的核酸证明和两份阴性的抗体检测证明。实行“交叉双检测”，旨在杜绝欺骗隐瞒病情、违规“代检”，确保检测结果真实、准确、有效。
Passengers need to obtain the above four negative certificates at the same time and upload them to the Embassy to get the green health code and then board. In addition to the above four tests, passengers are requested to take a photo with passport info page in hand when taking the tests.
需同时获得以上四份证明，上传大使馆后, 才能取得绿色健康码，然后登机。除了做以上四项检测外，回国人员还需要在检测采样时持护照拍照证明。

目前葡萄牙疫情形势严峻，新增确诊人数居高不下，为防范疫情跨境传播，保护乘机人健康安全，我馆即日起对自葡萄牙赴华人员“双阴性”检测要求做如下调整：
If there is no valid green health code issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country of origin, passengers entering Portugal from neighboring countries and taking the first flight to China shall be subject to "cross double tests" in Portugal, the authorized testing institutions (reference list:https://covid19.min-saude.pt/laboratorios-referenciados/). Passengers select two different organizations and take the IgM antibody and nucleic acid tests twice. Relevant personnel shall truthfully fill in their personal information, and those who deliberately conceal information shall be disqualified from taking the flight.
对从周边国家入境葡萄牙并搭乘首航航班赴华人员，如无中国驻始发国使领馆审发的有效绿色健康码，需在葡实行“交叉双检测”，即在我馆认可检测机构（参考名单https://covid19.min-saude.pt/laboratorios-referenciados/）中选择两家不同机构，分别做双检测并同时上传检测结果。有关人员应如实填报个人信息，如发现故意隐瞒情况者，取消其乘机资格。

With the outbreak of the second wave of epidemic in the world, more than 20 imported cases have occurred in flights from Egypt to China, triggering several flights fusing. It is understood that there are situations such asconcealing the fact of infection and arranging inspections in violation of regulations, which seriously damage the lives and health of other passengers on the flight and pose a serious threat to the normal exchanges between China and Egypt. In view of the above, it is proposed to make adjustments to the designated testing agencies and related requirements for passengers travelling from Egypt to China.
随着全球第二波疫情暴发并加速蔓延，近期自埃及赴华航班发生二十余起输入病例，触发多个航班熔断。据了解，其中存在隐瞒感染事实、违规安排代检等情况，此类行为严重损害航班上其他乘客生命健康，也对中埃正常往来构成严重威胁。鉴于上述，拟对自埃及赴华乘客指定检测机构和相关要求作出调整。
Starting from January 8, 2021 (including the Sichuan Airlines Cairo-Chengdu route on January 8), Chinese and foreign passengers taking the flight to China need to go to the testing institutions in the latest adjusted list for "cross double test" within 48 hours before boarding to obtain the double negative certificate, and operate according to the relevant requirements to apply for the health code or electronic health statement.
自2021年1月8日航班开始（含1月8日川航开罗-成都航线），搭乘航班赴华的中、外籍旅客，需在登机前48小时内赴最新调整名单中的检测机构进行“交叉双检测”获取双阴性证明，并按相关要求进行操作，申领健康码或电子版《健康状况声明书》。
