“增强脆弱性发展中国家气候变化适应力的能力、知识和技术支持” (简称Ecosystem-based Adaptation through South-South Cooperation,EbA South) 项目是由联合国环境署和中国国家发展与改革委员会联合申请的全球环境基金(GEF)项目,经中国国家发改委委托,中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所作为项目实施机构组建项目办公室,负责项目总体协调和管理。项目旨在利用基于生态系统的适应性方法,通过提供能力、知识和技术支持,帮助非洲和亚太地区发展中国家应对气候变化。
关于我们
国际生态系统管理伙伴计划(UNEP-IEMP)是在中国政府的支持下,由联合国环境署与中国科学院于2011年共同发起成立的国际计划。2013年, UNEP-IEMP正式成为联合国环境署的合作中心,是环境署第一个设在发展中国家并服务于发展中国家的合作计划,旨在促进发展中国家可持续的生态系统管理和绿色经济的合作。
目前项目招聘宣传官员一枚,负责完成项目区域层面的工作,推广基于生态系统的适应性方法(EbA)在各国、各生态系统、各经济部门的规划与应用,提高公众意识,加强信息发布,扩大信息覆盖面。

职责范围
在项目管理办公室(PMU)的监督下,主要承担以下工作:
项目网络平台(www.ebasouth.org)的开发及推广:开发相关内容、图片和文件;每周更新网站内容;提高平台的知晓度并推广至相关用户;
跟踪媒体平台上EbA主题相关的活动与信息;
负责宣传资料和出版物的编写及推广:包括编辑、校对、排版等(有人见人爱的设计师作为技术支撑);
必要时,支撑其他项目宣传或媒体工作,如项目生态适应主题纪录片制作;
支撑国际生态系统管理伙伴计划中心的宣传工作,如气候、生态与生计(CEL)旗舰计划的平台建设。
能力要求
学历:新闻传播、在线媒体管理或相关专业学士学位。
工作技能:熟悉网站模块和内容管理系统,特别是Drupal和WordPress;有相关工作经验;能独立工作;具备良好的团队合作精神和人际交往能力;细心,谨慎。
工作语言:英文和中文流利。

工作描述:
1、负责使馆外交官的各项辅助事务,包括语言翻译、数据处理及文字处理等;
2、可以胜任会务、谈判等正式场合翻译;
3、负责访团接待,包括住宿、出行及会议日程、商务活动的组织协调;
4、负责使馆内部信息沟通,工勤人员协调,会议会务工作;
5、协助部门和使馆工作人员填报各种申请、表格、及费用报销等工作;
6、完成使馆交办的其它工作事宜。
7、本职位税前工资13000元左右。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历。
2、外语要求西班牙语,口笔译水平高。
3、语言表达流畅、反应灵活,具有较强沟通能力。

swissnex China is the Swiss science and technology outpost in China. Our mission is to promote Switzerland’s excellence in science, education and innovation. Our activities are built around a public/private partnership model with a group of leading partners such as Swiss universities, research institutes, and global organizations promoting innovation or education actively.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial minded colleague to help us “connect the dots” in higher education, research and innovation between Switzerland and China. We are building knowledge and networks with many universities, research organizations and governmental agencies.
The tasks of a Project Leader Communication could typically include:
Actively promote swissnex’ activities online, on all our social media channels and communication tools
Manage the communication and information flow with our partners (internal/external, local/abroad)
Generate and provide content on both countries for promotion material, print and online
Create written and visual content for promotion clips (incl. film editing)
Implementation of strategic use of social media to communicate information with our stakeholders together with our other project leaders
Research on current trends in education, science and technology, and innovation
Foster and develop network and relationship with media, and in the communication sector
Assist and support of the team with the organization of lectures and events, and administrative works
We are looking for an engaged, self-driven and motivated communicator who actively promotes swissnex China’s projects and events, as well as Sino-Swiss activities, and topics in the fields related to our mission. We want a team player who can work in a collaborative way while appreciating the diversity within the team.
We look for a sophisticated communicator who knows the Chinese social media landscape by heart, and can handle western social media tools as well. An entrepreneurial spirit, who is flexible and has great “people skills”, combined with fresh ideas and who is ready to help the colleagues are a great plus.
Some of the responsibilities are to:
Develop and implement media campaigns in order to promote Sino-Swiss activities
Grow and manage relations with local and international media (journalists, KOL’s, reporters etc.) and actively push and share news
Entertain our “community”, and keep them informed on latest news and developments
Present to visiting delegations how we use social media in China, and promote swissnex China
Additional requirements:
Chinese citizenship
BS or BA, Master preferred
Solid, proven experience in marketing and public relations, by working as communication assistant or officer for at least 2 years, where you implemented your creativity and flair for design into practice
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin (spoken and written), with an outstanding command in English (spoken and written), additional knowledge of German or French would be nice to have

关于swissnex China
瑞士的政府机构很多很多很多,小伙伴们最熟悉的莫过于受理签证事宜的大使馆、领事馆。和这些机构一样,瑞士科技文化中心也是瑞士联邦政府外交机构之一哦,只是我们隶属于“瑞士联邦教育研究与创新国务秘书处(SERI)”,我们的职能更倾向“科技与创业”、“高等教育”和“文化项目”。
swissnex 这个名字取自于英语 Swiss(瑞士的)和拉丁语 nexus(连接),我们是连接中瑞两国科学、教育、艺术和创新的桥梁,附设于瑞士驻上海总领事馆。到上海来办瑞士签证的小伙伴们,领事馆对门就是我们的办公室啦。

Job Description
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has the mandate to foster economic growth in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive areas and promoting regional cooperation and partnership.
The key responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide necessary support to the senior executive(s) or the department/division with complete secretarial and administrative services, including secretarial services, administrative management and coordination, liaison with internal & external contacts, general data analysis and basic research work etc.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain senior executive(s)’ schedule, and all correspondence and documentation related to the office/department that the assistant is working for;

Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Consular Roles)
Consular
As a member of the Consular Section, you will be a part of the team that is responsible for ensuring that a high quality consular service is delivered to British nationals in the Beijing Consular District. You will work closely with the Vice Consul to, assisting her in delivering Beijing’s objectives under the Consular Strategy and China-wide business plans.
This is a key supporting role helping to provide the full range of consular services, including providing assistance to vulnerable British Nationals, an effective Notarial and documentary services and our prevention and outreach work.
The successful applicant will focus on providing an effective front counter service to our customers, as well as responsibilities as office manager, including administrative support to the team. Our Notarial and documentary services, for which the successful applicant will have responsibility, includes processing affirmations/affidavits, oaths and processing Emergency Travel Documentation. You may be required to supporting the other posts in the China Network in these areas.
The successful applicant will also be a member of the Consular Crisis Team in assisting in the preparation and response to any crisis incident.
There will be occasional opportunities to travel within China for assistance cases and outreach visits. There will be some overseas travel for consular training, including to the UK.
