2020年开年以来，COVID-19疫情突袭全球，一股“逆全球化”的浪潮来势汹汹，国际教育首当其冲。一方面，海外疫情还在蔓延或者反弹、地区冲突摩擦不断、全球经济疲软、航班取消、签证受限……各种消息让家长和学生们天天都如坐针毡，加上外教迟迟不能返校、网络教学效果差强人意等，很多人对国际教育的前途和价值产生怀疑。

另一方面，大学也在调整招生和录取要求，美国八所藤校均宣布针对今年秋季申请入读的学生采取“Test-Optional（考试可选）” 的政策，不再硬性要求考生提供SAT/ACT成绩。加州大学和华盛顿大学更是宣布将永久取消对标化考试SAT/ACT的成绩要求，加州大学还制定了 “五年计划”，要用加州系统研发的新标化测评逐步替代现有考试。

项目概要

时间：2020年8月20日至10月22日

适用学员（满足以下条件之一即可）：

1.校内升学指导办公室负责人；

2.具备升学指导经验的校长/副校长；

3.具有5年以上升学指导经验的在校老师

4.顺利完成升学指导证书课程"School Counselor Certificate"的学员

项目内容

1. 在线培训

a) 在线课程包括必修、选修、研讨三大模块。

b) 更多课程详情参考课程大纲。

2. 教练导师

a) 5次一对一的专家在线咨询，每次1小时次，从本期培训开始起6个月内有效。（2020年8月20日-2021年2月19日）

b) 量身定制的教练辅导，结合学员遇到的具体挑战，提供咨询辅导，包括但不限于如何建立升学体系、完善升学指导课程、在大学中建立声誉等。

结业证书

结业证书：您需要参加13堂课中的至少9堂，包括必修课和选修课，并提交这9堂课的课后作业。

成绩优异证书：满足以上所有要求，并执行基于校园情况的创变管理计划，提交相关论文并参加在线评审。

Program Overview

Duration: August 20th-October 22nd, 2020

This program is designed for (To qualify you must satisfy any one of the following conditions):

1.Heads of School College Counselling Office;

2.School administrators with the college counselling experience;

3.School counselors who has over 5-years counselling experiences;

4.Participants who have completed the School Counselor Certification Basic Program.

Learning Format

1. Leadership Webinar Series

a. Online course (mandatory + electives + seminars)

b. For extended program curriculum, see Program Framework

2. Executive Coaching

a.5 sessions of 1-1 online executive coaching (Each session 1 hour) within a 6 months period, beginning from start of the School Counselor Leadership Certificate Program

b.Addressing personal counseling challenges; for example, in-program project work, setting up a counseling program, building up reputation among colleges, etc. The coach and yourself will mutually agree on 1 or more challenge to focus on addressing.

Program Framework

Certificate Requirements

Certificate of Completion: you need to attend at least 9 out of 13 sessions including mandatory modules and electives (or watch to recordings) and submit post-season assignments for those 9 sessions.

Certificate of Completion with Merit: fulfill all the requirements above and conduct a campus-based management program, submit the related paper and attend online reply.
