未来在于创造无限的可能。如今，科技正在改变人们对于产品和业态的认知，地处南昌市红谷滩新区九龙湖以南的南昌VR科创城·灵境小镇的建设，即突破了对虚拟与现实、产业与城市的定规，旨在打造面向未来的世界级科技新城。

We can create infinite possibilities in the future. Science and technologies are now changing people’s cognition on products and the type of business. Nanchang VR Sci-tech City·Lingjing Town located in the south of Jiulong Lake, Honggu Beach New District, Nanchang City has broken through the established rules for virtual and reality, industry and cities in its construction, and the ultimate goal is to create a world-class new sci-tech city oriented to the future.

Location Analysis

为展现VR科创城连接现实与未来的独特气质，展示中心作为小镇规划的形象门户，其设计有别于复合性更强的功能区，呈现出更加纯粹的建筑本质。

To show the unique quality of VR Sci-tech City that connects reality with the future, as the image portal for town planning, the display center is designed with more compound functional areas, to reflect the essence of building in a purer way.

Water makes virtual image like a mirror

设计将水晶般的玻璃方盒漂浮于水面之上，人们经由漂浮廊道，涉水而入。倾斜的大屋顶构成三角形的风景向室内延伸，引导体验者前进，形成嵌入式的平面入口。周围布置水体作为环境空间构成的重要元素，水具有流动性与丰富的光影变化，在融入建筑空间时，营造出镜像般的虚拟意象。

In the design, a crystal-like square box floats above the water, and people can get in by paddling through the floating tunnel. The giant inclined roof forms a triangular view extending towards the indoor direction. It guides the experiencer to march forward, and forms the embedded platform entrance. Water is arranged in the periphery as the major element forming the environmental space. Since water has mobility and rich changes in light and shadow, it can build a mirror-like virtual image when being integrated into the building space.

Realization of Fast Completion

受到中国古代木构建筑的启发，预制的钢结构骨架以螺栓连接，可实现快速拆卸与建造。材质可回收的玻璃幕墙在统一模数控制下可拆卸和异地拼装，满足在不同需求下外立面模块自由重组的需求，令设计意义超越了物质形式，迈向对建筑生命周期潜力的挖掘。

Under the enlightenment of ancient Chinese wooden buildings, the prefabricated steel structure skeleton is connected by bolts, and can realize fast disassembly and construction. The glass curtain wall is made of recoverable materials and is dismountable and feasible of assembly in different places under unified module control, and while meeting the requirement to recombine external facade modules freely under different demands, it can also realize the design significance beyond the material form, and further dig out the potential of building life cycle.

Breaking through Boundaries

为消除空间内外界限，我们以钢结构作为屋顶支撑，配以取消玻璃肋的通高6m无龙骨玻璃幕墙，营造出开放、通透的感觉，重振建筑与基地的联系。精致简约的极薄屋顶压边展现更为纯粹的形态与更加高超的工艺。极少的材质与颜色用于简化画面，玻璃和金属铝板复合而成的外观由内向外散发出熠熠光芒。

To eliminate inside and outside boundaries of the space, we adopt steel structure as the roof support, supplemented by keel-free glass curtain wall that is 6m in height, without glass rib, to create a scene of openness and transparency, and rebuild the connection of the building with the base. The refined and simplified ultra-thin roof blank pressing can show a purer form and better techniques. With few materials and colors in use, the picture is simplified, and the appearance formed by glass and metal aluminum plate complex glitters with inside-out radiant light.
