How fundraising has helped or hurt top nonprofits

Nonprofits today are utilizing multiple methods to increase their revenues. As internet usage has become ubiquitous with daily life, third-party nonprofit organization rating agencies have increased in number and influence.

Today, nonprofit organizations are met with the challenge of engaging in online marketing while utilizing traditional fundraising strategies to enhance their reputation and drive revenues. However, every interaction has the potential to enhance or diminish one’s reputation.

Our presenters’ research analyzes how the top 100 nonprofit organizations’ use of different fundraising methods impacts their overall rating, according to Top Nonprofits, LLC. Join us and learn about the results of this study!

讲者Jay是我的徒弟，也是我之前提到过的GVSU的Johnson Center for Philanthropy两个2020 Kathy Agard Fellows之一。我其实没有教过他任何课，他在走廊上听我和另一个学生的谈话，完了走上来介绍自己，说能不能和我一起做个independent study。我一看这小伙骨骼清奇，明显是可造之才啊，所以就毫不犹豫答应了。现在大概有个成型的稿子，可以拿出来讲一讲。
