外交部：向拜登和哈里斯表示祝贺

11月13日，外交部发言人汪文斌主持例行记者会。有记者提问近日已有更多国家领导人和国际组织负责人祝贺拜登胜选，包括联合国秘书长也通过发言人公开向拜登表示祝贺。中方对此有何评论？

汪文斌表示，我们一直在关注美国国内和国际社会对这次美国总统选举的反应，我们尊重美国人民的选择，我们向拜登先生和哈里斯女士表示祝贺，同时我们理解美国大选的结果会按照美国的法律和程序作出确定。

Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said on Friday that China respected the choice of the American people and extended congratulations to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. He added that China understands that the presidential election result will be determined following the US laws and procedures.
