1）Yeast Genetics Engineer/CRISPR Engineering Expert-Shanghai

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled yeast genetics engineer with expertise in CRISPR engineering of S. cerevisae. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, genetics, and biochemistry, as well as extensive experience with CRISPR/Cas9 technology.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement CRISPR-based genome editing strategies for S. cerevisae

- Optimize protocols for efficient transformation, selection, and screening of edited strains

- Characterize edited strains using molecular biology techniques (PCR, sequencing, etc.) and functional assays

- Collaborate with other scientists to develop and execute research projects aimed at improving yeast strains for industrial applications

- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in yeast genetics and CRISPR technology

Requirements:

- PhD in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, or a related field

- Extensive experience with CRISPR/Cas9 technology, particularly in the context of S. cerevisae

- Strong background in molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, sequencing, etc.)

- Experience with yeast genetics and strain engineering

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

岗位职责：

1.负责微生物发酵项目的工艺开发，包括实验设计、数据分析、结果汇报等；

2.负责发酵项目的小试工艺优化及中试放大；

3.负责实验室技术员的日常工作安排、发酵设备使用及维护管理等

4.参与公司发酵平台建设，完善发酵平台的发酵工艺开发技术体系。

任职条件：

1.博士，生物工程、微生物学、生物化工或发酵工程等相关专业；

2.熟悉微生物发酵工艺开发经验；

3.具备扎实的专业理论基础，熟悉发酵过程控制理论，熟悉以呼吸代谢、比速率为核心的多参数分析优化手段；

4.熟悉不同级别发酵罐（从小试到中试）的结构及使用；
