公司已成功构建了多个具有全球知识产权的新一代ADC技术平台，已经拥有四项临床阶段产品与十多项处于临床前阶段的创新项目, 并在全球启动多个国际多中心（MRCT）关键性临床研究。

此外，正在继续研发其新型蛋白质工程和ADC技术，以开发下一代“超级ADC”分子，包括不同有效载荷类别、双特异性ADC和双有效载荷ADC。

Job Overview:

As a Bioinformatics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving data analysis, bioinformatics, and computational biology initiatives. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex biological datasets, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of novel research strategies and tools. 

Key Responsibilities:

1.Data Analysis and Interpretation:

·Process and analyze large-scale genomic and omics datasets to extract meaningful insights and support research objectives.

·Apply advanced statistical methods and computational algorithms to analyze and interpret biological data accurately.

·Collaborate with biologists and researchers to design data analysis pipelines and interpret experimental results, perform thorough analysis of competition and opportunities in the field.

·Conduct a comprehensive literature search and perform big data analysis on selected target/pathway and its relation to the disease(s).

2.Tool Development and Improvement:

·Develop and maintain bioinformatics tools and pipelines to streamline data analysis and enhance the efficiency of research projects.

·Continuously evaluate and optimize existing computational tools and methodologies to improve data quality and reproducibility.

·Contribute to the implementation and integration of third-party bioinformatics software.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including biologists, geneticists, and computational scientists to support research projects and drive innovative discoveries.

·Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-experts and participate in collaborative discussions.

4.Data Management and Curation:

·Manage and curate large-scale genomic datasets in compliance with best practices and ensure data integrity and security.

·Implement data version control and maintain clear documentation of data analysis workflows.

5.Research and Innovation:

·Stay abreast of the latest developments in bioinformatics, genomics, and computational biology, and apply innovative solutions to address scientific challenges.

·Participate in research publications, conferences, and scientific presentations to showcase the company's achievements and advancements.

Requirements:

1.PHD with 5+years or MS with 10+years experience

2.Proven experience in bioinformatics analysis and the application of computational methods to biological datasets.

3.Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics, such as Python, R, or Perl.

4.Familiarity with next-generation sequencing data analysis and genomics databases.

5.Strong statistical and data analysis skills, including experience with relevant tools and software.

6.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

7.Thorough understanding and interest in tumor biology and immunology.
