孟子讲，人生有三大“至乐”：一是父母俱存，兄弟无故；二是仰不愧于天，俯不怍于人；三是得天下英才而教育之。这三大“至乐”我曾全部享受过，我的人生是快乐的。我是一个幸福的人。
Education makes my life full and happy
Mencius said that people have three "extreme blessings": the first is both parents are alive and your brothers suffer no illnesses and resentment. The second is that one has nothing to feel guilty for, and is not ashamed of anything when he faces people. The third is one can gather talented people together and has the opportunity to nurture them. I have enjoyed all of these three "extreme blessings", so my life is filled with bliss, and I am a happy human being.

Education is everything

Life is happy because of love
Education is the undertaking of my life, and love has been my "original motivation" to self study and to elevate moral standards as a teacher. I gave students my love, which is selfless without asking for anything in return. But when you receive something without expecting it, when the children you love actually love you back, that is the happiest moment in life.
中学教育要为学生的发展“壮腰健肌”
如果把人才成长的过程比作一个人的肌体，那么中学阶段就是这个人的腰，腰部无力，人是站立不起来的。因此，基础教育首先要为学生打好宽厚坚实的基础，为他们未来的发展“壮腰健肌”。

School work is like a huge tree, and the teams of administrators, faculty and staff are branches, leaves, flowers and fruits. Generally speaking, only the team of faculty can blossom and yield fruits directly. Thus, the development of faculty team is the most basic construction of a school.
艺术可以使人身心和谐、心灵丰富、精神高尚、思维活跃。艺术教育是我们尊重学生个性、开发学生潜能、引导青少年追求美好人生的重要途径，完整的教育不能缺少艺术教育。
Education wouldn't be complete without art education
Art can make people feel harmonious both physically and mentally; art can enrich the mind, ennoble the spirit, and activate thoughts. Art education is an important way for us to respect students' personalities, develop their potential and guide them to pursue a beautiful life. Education wouldn't be complete without art education.

Cultivating innovative talents is our responsibility and happiness
It is far beyond our expectations that Chinese teenagers have such good gifts, big potential and strong desires and outstanding abilities in creation. The independent consciousness, spirit of teamwork, social responsibility, and persistent willpower reflected in their research-based learning and innovative creation are moving and deeply admired. Cultivating students with a spirit of innovation and capability to practice is not only our duty, but also our happiness.
