项目一览

西安电影制片厂创建于1958年，大部分建筑为苏式设计风格，经历60年岁月洗礼，见证了西影的荣辱，篆刻着西影的印记，是西影独有的历史文化符号。

Xi'an Film Studio was founded in 1958. Most of the buildings are Soviet style. After 60 years of baptism, Xi'an Film Studio has witnessed the honor and disgrace of the western film. It is a unique historical and cultural symbol of the western film.

尊重老建筑就是对西影过往的敬意，西影电影产业园规划设计的核心理念是：让老建筑焕发青春，让园中的树木依然郁郁葱葱，让影视企业聚集起来，让西影创造辉煌。

Respecting the old buildings is the respect for the past of Xiying. The core concept of planning and design of Xiying film industrial park is: let the old buildings change their youth, let the trees in the park remain lush, let the film and television enterprises gather together, and let Xiying create brilliance.

西影电影产业聚集区项目实现了三个方面的创新：开发模式的创新，智能技术的创新，规划设计的创新。建筑单体的设计概念均来源于电影相关元素，比如电影盒子，电影胶片，电影镜头等。时光在建筑上流连回转，厂牌、雕花、红砖，如光影使者，将独特的光影记忆镌刻为永恒，昭示无数电影梦想照进现实时刻的泪与笑。

The project of Xiying film industry cluster has realized three innovations: the innovation of development mode, the innovation of intelligent technology and the innovation of planning and design. The design concept of single building is derived from film related elements, such as film box, film film, film lens, etc. Time lingers on the architecture. Brands, carved flowers and red bricks, such as light and shadow messengers, engrave the unique memory of light and shadow into eternity, revealing the tears and laughter of countless movie dreams shining into the real moment.

23层的西影大厦总高100米，楼体色调以灰白为主色，简约而优雅；外形设计撷取电影胶片元素，交错叠加，盘旋而上，契合建筑功用。The total height of the 23 storey Xiying building is 100 meters. The main color of the building is gray, simple and elegant; The shape design takes the elements of film, overlaps and spirals up, which is in line with the architectural function.

作为电影圈子的地标，西影大厦不仅是西部电影集团及其下属企业的总部大厦，更是园区内影视企业聚集的智能化共享办公空间。中心集聚电影产业链上下游，为影视企业资源对接与共享提供便利条件，同时还配有电影主题书吧、影视创意咖啡厅、智能化多功能厅、杜比全景声混录棚、观影审片室等功能空间。

As the landmark of the film circle, Xiying building is not only the headquarters building of the western film group and its subordinate enterprises, but also the intelligent shared office space gathered by the film and television enterprises in the park. The center gathers the upstream and downstream of the film industry chain, providing convenient conditions for the docking and sharing of film and television enterprise resources. At the same time, it is also equipped with film theme book bar, film and television creative coffee shop, intelligent multi-function hall, Dolby panoramic sound mixing studio, film viewing and film review room and other functional spaces.

西影TIME是每一处角落都融入电影元素的电影主题综合体。正门摹画电影摄影机镜头，以不锈钢镜面材质装饰寓意光影世界。

Western movie time is a movie theme complex with movie elements in every corner. The front door is decorated with stainless steel mirror material, which means the world of light and shadow.
建筑四层为影院，以“漂浮的盒子”为概念，独立的体量漂浮于天空，采用金属穿孔材质，强化其空灵的效果。

The fourth floor of the building is a cinema, with the concept of "floating box". The independent volume floats in the sky, and the metal perforated material is used to enhance its ethereal effect.

建筑一二层以敦实为主，与老楼呼应，采用砖材质，并使用当代的砖筑语汇。

The first and second floors of the building are mainly solid, echoing the old building, using brick materials and contemporary brick building vocabulary.

修缮一新西影TIME•1958恢复了最初的红砖风貌。建筑拆除入口和顶部临建的部分，并且将外墙材质改为红砖，恢复当年西影办公楼建成时的风貌。黑钛金材质的“西安电影制片厂”厂牌醒目闪亮。厂牌上方，“百花齐放”主题雕花辉映60余年难忘岁月。Time·1958 restored the original red brick style. The entrance and the temporary part on the top of the building were demolished, and the material of the external wall was changed to red brick to restore the style of the Xiying office building when it was completed. The brand of "Xi'an Film Studio" made of black titanium is eye-catching and shining. On the top of the brand, the theme of "letting a hundred flowers bloom" has been engraved for more than 60 years.

西影艺术中心北立面与其北侧的1958广场交相呼应。广场路面镶嵌国内外电影大师作品和名言语录。用于存放西影时间胶囊的中心区域，以电影胶片盘元素设计，并向两边延伸出胶片意向。西影人此刻对未来的猜想、梦想和祝愿都将在此封存，搭乘时间列车驶向未来。

The North facade of Xiying Art Center echoes with 1958 square on its north side. The pavement of the square is inlaid with works and quotations of film masters at home and abroad. The central area used to store the time capsule of Xiying is designed with the elements of film disk, and the film intention extends to both sides. Xiying people's conjectures, dreams and wishes for the future will be sealed here, and they will take the time train to the future.
