「2」技术创新能力：可译为the capacity for technological innovation。但文中还有个前缀，“企业”，所以“企业技术创新能力”重点在于“企业能力”，所以译为了“the capacity of enterprises to make technological innovation”，以下拓展第一例，翻译思路也是如此。
