10月12日下午，国家主席习近平以视频方式出席在昆明举行的《生物多样性公约》第十五次缔约方大会领导人峰会并发表主旨讲话。

中国外文局所属当代中国与世界研究院、中国翻译研究院围绕讲话阐释的中国生态文明建设理念与实践，以及推动人类高质量发展的四点倡议，梳理选摘重要概念表达，审定形成双语对照，供业界及相关人员学习参考使用。
