乒乓球（Table Tennis）

乒乓球运动起源于英国。19世纪末，欧洲盛行网球运动，但受场地和天气限制，英国人把网球移至室内，以餐桌为球台，在桌子上进行的这种新颖的“网球赛”，Table Tennis因此诞生。因其打击时发出“Ping Pong”的声音，中国以“乒乓球”作为它的官方名称。乒乓球运动由于其趣味性强、设备简单，不受年龄、性别和身体条件的限制等特点，深受广大市民的喜爱。

艺术体操

（Rhythmic Gymnastics）

艺术体操起源于欧洲，是一项徒手或手持轻器械，在音乐伴奏下以自然性和韵律性动作为基础的体育运动项目，是一种艺术性较强的女子竞技性体操项目，被誉为“最美丽的运动项目”。艺术体操最高组织机构是国际体操联合会。艺术体操的器材主要包括绳、棒、球、圈、带。成都大运会的艺术体操项目仅使用圈、球、棒、带。
