艺 术 家 介 绍
Tobias Gremmler
Tobias Gremmler，德国著名多媒体艺术家及设计师，现任德国艺术总监协会会员。多年来，他一直为商界及文化艺术界创作电脑界面设计、动画及跨媒体艺术。他也常在美国洛杉矶艺术中心设计学院、德国安哈尔特应用技术大学、中国美术学院及香港演艺学院等众多高校讲学或主持工作坊。他还参与过进念剧场影像创作，作品如《大紫禁城》（2009）、《Looking for Mies》(2002)、《利玛窦的记忆宫殿》(2010)等，并担任过香港城市大学创意媒体学院客席副教授及上海戏剧学院客席教授。

About the artist
Tobias Gremmer
Tobias Gremmer, German artist and designer, Member of Art Directors Club Deutschland, designer for computer interface design, animation and cross-media works in the realm of commerce, culture and art. Lectured and held workshops in numerous universities in Europe, United States, China and Hong Kong, including Art Center College of Design Pasadena (Los Angeles, US), Anhalt University of Applied Sciences (Dessau, Germany), China Academy of Arts (Hangzhou, China), and Hong Kong Academy for performing Arts, etc. He worked for Zuni Icosahedron’s productions, including “The Forbidden City” (2009) , “Looking for Mies” (2002), and “Memory Palace of Matteo Ricci” (2010), and so forth. He was the Former Visiting Associate Professor, School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong and Visiting Professor of Shanghai Theatre Academy.
He is also an author of “Grids for the Dynamic Image” (co-authoring), “cyberBionic - Design und Evolution digitaler Welten”, and “Creative Education and Dynamic Media”.
WOW
WOW is a creative studio innovating experiences in art and design based in Tokyo, Sendai, and San Francisco. WOW redefines what is considered to be animation in the arts. Making use of a variety of new technologies and materials, WOW’s art works are gaining global recognition and pushing the medium forward. WOW is continuously discovering the tremendous possibilities of visual design, and the visual designs that are useful for society to bring out the best talents of each artist and designer.
