重磅阵容丨2021世界人工智能大会法治论坛演讲嘉宾：崔亚东

新技术呼唤新治理，新治理需要新智慧。2021年7月9日，上海市法学会主办的“2021世界人工智能大会法治论坛”将在上海世博中心隆重举行。论坛以“智能社会的法治秩序”为主题，紧盯人工智能领域根本性法律问题，着力推进人工智能与法治应用的深度融合，打造更高水平的人工智能法治研究交流平台，积极参与全球智能社会法治秩序研究，让技术创新更好地赋能新时代，为全球人工智能法治研究贡献中国智慧。

隆重介绍本届论坛九名重量级演讲嘉宾，他们将围绕“数字化转型  智能化治理”等相关话题进行精彩演讲，就推进数字产业化和产业数字化、推进城市数字化转型等问题进行深度探讨，发表创新见解，纵论法治未来，擘画发展和优化治理新蓝图。

曾任安徽省公安厅厅长，贵州省委常委、政法委书记、公安厅厅长，贵州省法学会会长，上海市高级人民法院院长、二级大法官。著有《人工智能与司法现代化》《法治国家》《群体性事件应急管理与社会治理》等；主编《上海法院司法体制改革的探索与实践》《12368诉讼服务平台建设的上海样本》《阳光照亮回归路》等。《人工智能与司法现代化——“上海刑事案件智能辅助办案系统”的实践与思考》一书，被经典中国国际出版工程办公室确定为“2019年经典中国国际出版工程项目”，并由德国Springer出版社英文公开发行。Cui Yadong, President of Shanghai Law Society, has served as Director of the Public Security Bureau of Hefei City (Anhui Province), Director of the Public Security Department of Anhui Province, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Committee of Political and Legislative Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, Director of the Public Security Department (Deputy Commissioner of Police), President of Guizhou Law Society, President of Shanghai High People’s Court, Grand Justice of the Second Rank. He is the author of Artificial Intelligence and Judicial Modernization, A Ruled of Law Country, Emergency Management and Social Governance of Group Incidents; and Editor-in-Chief of Exploration and Practice of Shanghai Court Judicial System Reform, Shanghai Sample of 12368 Litigation Service Platform Construction, Sunshine Illuminating the Way Back. The book Artificial Intelligence and Judicial Modernization was identified by the International Publishing Office for Chinese Classics as the “International Publishing Project for Chinese Classics”of 2019 and translated into English by German Springer Publishing House, being released worldwide.
