重磅阵容丨2021世界人工智能大会法治青年论坛演讲嘉宾：衣俊霖

为加强智慧法治前瞻性研究，帮助包括智慧法治研究方向在内的青年法学法律人才脱颖而出，推动智慧法治研究学术生态建设，以“智慧法治”为主题的2021世界人工智能大会法治青年论坛将于2021年7月9日下午在上海世博中心蓝厅举办。

隆重介绍我们邀请的9位人工智能法治研究领域的青年精英，他们将在现场发表精彩演讲，分享脑机结合、情感计算、数据信托、数字孪生、可信算法等前沿话题的最新研究成果，其中多个原创学术内容系全球首发。

衣俊霖  Yi Junlin

上海交通大学凯原法学院博士研究生，人工智能治理与法律研究中心主任助理PhD candidate, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Law School; Director Assistant, Center for AI Governance and Law

衣俊霖，上海交通大学凯原法学院博士研究生，人工智能治理与法律研究中心主任助理，上海交通大学中国法与社会研究院研究助理。上海交通大学信息工程学士，德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校计算机工程硕士，华盛顿大学法律硕士。曾供职于亚马逊科技公司西雅图总部，担任大数据、云计算基础设施部门高级研发工程师。曾获云计算及法律科技相关专利、软件著作权数项；通过中国法律职业资格考试。作为团队成员参与国家社科基金项目、科技部及上海市大数据中心委托课题数项，并于中英文刊物发表多篇有关智慧法院和法律人工智能的学术文章。主要研究兴趣为法理学、法律大数据、人工智能治理以及法律与科技的交叉学科研究。

Junlin Yi, PhD candidate at KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Director Assistant of the Center for AI Governance and Law, and Research Assistant at the China Institute for Socio-Legal Studies, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Earned a B.S. in Information Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University; a M.S. in Computer Engineering, University of Texas at Austin; and a Master of Jurisprudence, University of Washington. Worked at Amazon.com’s Seattle headquarters as a Senior Development Engineer in Big Data and Cloud Infrastructure divisions. Held patents and software copyrights related to cloud computing and legal technology; passed China's Legal Professional Qualification Examination. Participated in projects funded by National Social Science Foundation and Shanghai Municipal Big Data Center, and have published academic articles related to smart courts and legal artificial intelligence in both Chinese and English. His main research interests include jurisprudence, legal big data, AI governance, and the interdisciplinary research of law and technology.
