重磅阵容丨2021世界人工智能大会法治论坛演讲嘉宾：刘艳红

新技术呼唤新治理，新治理需要新智慧。2021年7月9日，上海市法学会主办的“2021世界人工智能大会法治论坛”将在上海世博中心隆重举行。论坛以“智能社会的法治秩序”为主题，紧盯人工智能领域根本性法律问题，着力推进人工智能与法治应用的深度融合，打造更高水平的人工智能法治研究交流平台，积极参与全球智能社会法治秩序研究，让技术创新更好地赋能新时代，为全球人工智能法治研究贡献中国智慧。

隆重介绍本届论坛九名重量级演讲嘉宾，他们将围绕“数字化转型  智能化治理”等相关话题进行精彩演讲，就推进数字产业化和产业数字化、推进城市数字化转型等问题进行深度探讨，发表创新见解，纵论法治未来，擘画发展和优化治理新蓝图。

刘艳红，中国政法大学钱端升讲座教授、《政法论坛》主编，教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、全国十大杰出青年法学家、享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、入选国家百千万人才工程并授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号。兼任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员、教育部高校教指委委员、最高人民法院司法大数据研究基地主任等。研究领域集中于刑法学、大数据与人工智能、网络犯罪等并取得诸多引人瞩目的成果，被北大法律信息网评选为十大影响力作者。Liu Yanhong, professor "Qian Duansheng Chair" of China University of Political Science and Law, editor-in-Chief of "Tribune of Political Science and Law", distinguished Professor of "Changjiang Scholars Award Program" of Ministry of Education, Top Ten Outstanding Young Jurists in China, expert Enjoying Special Government Allowance from the State Council, enrolled in the National Talent Project and awarded the honorary title of "Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions". She also serves as a member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a member of the Higher Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and the director of the Judicial Big Data Research Base of the Supreme People's Court. The research field focuses on criminal law, big data and artificial intelligence, cybercrime, etc. and has achieved many eye-catching results. She was selected as one of the ten most influential authors by the Peking University Legal Information Network.
