7月19日，面向中东非洲发展中国家，国家主席习近平开启了新一届任期的外交之旅。这一次，从中东阿联酋到西非之角塞内加尔，从非洲内陆卢旺达到印度洋和大西洋环抱中的南非，再到东非岛国毛里求斯。跨越群山沙漠，纵横亚非两洲。7月19日至29日，11天5国，近50场活动，累计飞行45小时，行程总计36000公里。
Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Senegal, Rwanda, South Africa and Mauritius has broken new ground for China's major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, and tapped new possibilities for developing relations between China and other countries, as well as for South-South cooperation.
主席的这次中东非洲之行，又有哪些非凡的成果呢？一起来看：
Day Day Up
阿联酋
中阿建立全面战略伙伴关系
中国国家主席习近平20日在阿布扎比同阿联酋副总统兼总理穆罕默德、阿布扎比王储穆罕默德举行会谈。双方一致决定，建立中阿全面战略伙伴关系，加强各领域深度合作，推动两国关系在更高水平、更宽领域、更深层次上不断发展。
China and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have agreed to upgrade bilateral ties to a comprehensive strategic partnership, according to a joint statement issued by the two countries after talks between Chinese President Xi Jinping and UAE leaders on Friday.
中阿是共建“一带一路”的天然合作伙伴
The UAE welcomes and supports the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative, the statement stressed, adding that the UAE is willing to continuously join Belt and Road construction and to participate in key activities like the Belt and Road Forum (BRF) for International Cooperation.
China appreciates the UAE's participation and welcomes the UAE to become an important cooperative partner in the Belt and Road Initiative, the statement said.
The Chinese president said the UAE is a natural partner in the Belt and Road Initiative.
The UAE is one of the first countries to embrace the Belt and Road Initiative, and also a founding member of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
Leaders of the two countries also witnessed the signing of agreements including Belt and Road construction cooperation documents.
塞内加尔
携手努力，推动两国各领域合作
国家主席习近平21日在达喀尔同塞内加尔总统萨勒举行会谈。两国元首高度评价近年来中塞关系取得的长足发展，一致同意继续携手努力，推动两国各领域合作取得更多成果，开创中塞关系更加美好的明天。
Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Senegal on Saturday for the country's first state visit by a Chinese head of state in nine years amid rapidly growing bilateral ties in recent years. Both sides are looking to further deepen the ties.
中国和塞内加尔是好伙伴
Xi said it is his fourth visit to Africa since he assumed office as Chinese president in 2013, and that Senegal is the first stop of his ongoing African tour and his first visit to a West African country as Chinese president.
China and Senegal are good friends and good partners, Xi said.
The two nations, he said, have witnessed close political exchanges, ever increasing mutual trust, steady advancement of mutually beneficial cooperation, rich and colorful cultural and people-to-people exchanges and close coordination and cooperation on regional and international affairs.
Xi noted that he and Sall agreed to elevate the two countries' ties to a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and reached many consensuses on expanding bilateral cooperation in 2016.
The Chinese president said he was glad to see that those consensuses have been implemented step by step to the benefit of the two peoples.

卢旺达
中卢关系始终健康稳定发展
两国元首夫妇进行了亲切友好的交谈。习近平向卢旺达政府和人民转达中国政府和中国人民的诚挚问候和良好祝愿。
In his cordial talks with Kagame, Xi sent sincere greetings and good wishes to the Rwandan government and the Rwandan people on behalf of the Chinese government and the Chinese people.
习近平指出，我这次访问是中国国家主席首次访问卢旺达。我一踏上卢旺达的土地，就深深感受到卢旺达政府和人民对中国人民的友好情谊。中国和卢旺达虽然相距遥远，但两国关系传统友好，两国人民友谊深厚。
Noting that he is the first Chinese head of state to pay a visit to Rwanda, Xi said he felt the friendship of the Rwandan government and the people towards the Chinese people as soon as he set foot on the country's soil.
建交47年来，双方坚持真诚友好、平等相待，中卢关系始终健康稳定发展。
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 47 years ago, China and Rwanda have treated each other as equals with sincerity and friendship, Xi said, adding that bilateral ties have undergone healthy and steady development.
期待卢中合作关系大幅提升
在对卢旺达共和国进行国事访问前夕，中国国家主席习近平21日在卢旺达《新时代报》发表题为《中卢友谊情比山高》的署名文章。习近平在文中介绍了中卢关系的历史和现状，表示期待通过此访为中卢传统友好和各领域合作注入新动力，推动两国关系迈上新台阶。
南非
两国关系全面深入发展
习近平强调，中南建交20年来，两国关系全面深入发展，实现了由伙伴关系到战略伙伴关系再到全面战略伙伴关系的重大跨越。两国政治互信不断增强，务实合作扎实推进，人文交流丰富多彩，战略协作持续深化。我期待这次访问期间，同拉马福萨总统就双边关系、中非合作论坛北京峰会以及共同关心的国际和地区问题深入交换意见，共同推动新时期中南关系再攀新高，更好造福两国人民。
Xi said he expects to exchange views with his South African counterpart Cyril Ramaphosa on bilateral ties, Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, as well as regional and international issues of common concern.
习近平指出，金砖国家领导人将在约翰内斯堡举行会晤。我期待同其他金砖国家、非洲国家以及其他新兴市场国家和发展中国家领导人一道，共商合作发展大计，将发展中国家团结合作提高到新水平，为促进世界和平与发展作出更大贡献。
Speaking of the upcoming BRICS summit in Johannesburg, Xi said he is looking forward to working together with leaders from other BRICS countries, African countries, and other emerging markets and developing countries, to improve the cooperation of developing countries and make more contributions to world peace and development.
期盼两国友好新时代
在对南非共和国进行国事访问前夕，国家主席习近平22日在南非《星期日独立报》《星期日论坛报》和《周末守卫者报》发表题为《携手开创中南友好新时代》的署名文章。
文章发表后在南非引起热烈反响。当地各界人士及主要媒体认为，习主席的文章充分阐述了南非与中国的全面战略伙伴关系，两国将继续在探索符合本国国情的发展道路进程中相互支持，共同开创南中友好新时代。
毛里求斯
中国是毛里求斯值得信赖的伙伴
China is a trusted partner of Mauritius. It has supported the struggles of Mauritius in upholding its national independence and sovereignty, and has consistently supported other countries’ sovereignty and territorial integrity.
中国是毛里求斯值得信赖的伙伴。中国一向支持毛里求斯维护民族独立和国家主权的斗争，一贯尊重他国主权和领土完整。
It has actively demonstrated its leadership as a major country in the issue of climate change, and has therefore been strongly committed to the green transformation of its economic development. China sees eye to eye with Mauritius in a wide range of areas, and as such, is a reliable partner for Mauritius.
在气候变化问题上中国积极展现大国领导力，促进经济发展绿色转型。中毛两国存在广泛共识，中国是毛里求斯可靠的伙伴。
Mauritius is committed to the “Belt and Road Initiative “proposed by China. Located on a key shipping route in the Indian Ocean, Mauritius represents a key node on the widespread implementation of the Initiative.

Having always emphasized to leverage its role as a gateway between Asia and Africa, the government of Mauritius aspires to offer stronger support to the implementation of the “Belt and Road Initiative”.

During President Xi’s visit, the two countries will explore the plans and the pathways for Mauritius to partake in the Initiative, and create a new vision for China-Mauritius cooperation.
在习近平主席访问过程中，两国将共同探讨毛里求斯参与“一带一路”建设的规划与路径，开辟两国合作新愿景。
China is the spiritual home of the tens of thousands of people of Chinese descent in Mauritius. There are around 30,000 residents with Chinese roots in Mauritius, accounting for about 2.3 percent of the total population, which explains the cultural affinity between the two countries.
中国是毛里求斯经济合作的重要伙伴
China is an important economic partner for Mauritius, which has an open financial market and a mature economy. As a member of the African Union, the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the East African Community, and Common Market for Eastern & Southern Africa (COMESA), Mauritius is the gateway to Africa by any measure.
中国是毛里求斯经济合作的重要伙伴。毛里求斯金融市场开放，经济成熟。作为非盟、南部非洲发展共同体（SADC）、东非共同体以及东非和南部非洲共同市场（COMESA）的成员国，毛里求斯可谓名副其实的通往非洲的大门。
For instance, a sizable proportion of Indian investment into Africa goes through Mauritius. China and Mauritius could carry out closer financial cooperation so as to attract more Chinese investment into Africa.
