离职的原因不能给面试官留下你在他的公司也不会长久工作的印象。一般来说，有寻求发展机会、渴望挑战、工作地点不满意等原因，具体回答技巧如下。

Answer 1

I was desperate for work and took the wrong job without looking around the corner. I won't make that mistake again. I'd prefer an environment that is congenial, structured and team-oriented, where my best talents can shine and I can make a substantial contribution.

我之前太急于找工作了，所以没了解具体情况就接手了并不适合我的工作。我不会再犯同样的错了。我更喜欢一个志趣相投、有组织的、重视团队合作的环境，在这样的环境中，我可以发挥潜能，做出实际贡献。

There was a great deal of uncertainty about the security of my previous job. I'm looking for a stable company where there's a long-term opportunity to grow and advance.
