华为的生死,赌上了中国的国运!

2020年5月15日,华为问题再次升级。
美国对华为进行了史无前例的宣战。他们要求所有用过美国技术和设备的公司,停止卖芯片给华为。
命令台积电,立即对华为断供。
这次宣战的本质,是美国威胁全世界半导体公司进行站队。要么选美国,要么选华为。
如此一来,全世界将没有一个公司,敢冒着得罪美国的风险,去和华为做生意。
这是比流氓还要粗暴的迫害。
面对美国不惜一切代价的封杀,华为这次来到了真正意义上的生死关口。
在继续今天的讨论之前,有一个问题必须先行厘清:
华为对中国,到底有多重要?
这也是公众眼里,一个亟待被解答的问题。
巧合的是,今年2月6日,美国司法部长威廉·巴尔,刚好在华盛顿智库做了一次内部发言。
这份发言信息量很大,权威度很高。他回答了美国作为世界第一超级大国,必须绞杀华为的原因。
作为华为的同胞战友,我们值得认真阅读。
拨开细节的迷雾,从宏观大局判断未来走势,去重新理解一次华为。
巴尔上来先承认了一点:华为的技术攻势对美国构成了前所未有的挑战,导致美国国家风险空前高涨。
华为领导的5G技术,必将成为未来技术和工业世界的最大船票。
美国害怕的本质在于,一旦任由华为光速生长下去,中国将会让美国失去制裁权。
当中国科技全面超车时,美国再通过经济制裁,威胁其他国家一起封锁中国,就会显得无比苍白可笑。
而美国,将会屈服于中国主导权。
巴尔继续补充说:
毫无疑问,中国已经在5G抢滩战上完胜。华为现在是除北美以外所有大陆的领先供应商,而美国自己没有设备供应商。
这个胜利的成果,将会为中国创造高达23万亿美元的新经济机会。
怎么理解这个数字?作为对比,美国2019年的GDP总量,是21.02万亿美元。
最后,巴尔总结了自己的发言:
当下留给美国的时间,已经非常紧迫。
未来5年内,5G全球版图和应用主导地位格局将成。
事关老大位置与国运问题,美国将不惜举国之力,绞杀华为。

在巴尔的发言之前,中国人眼里的华为,也就是一个大公司而已。
手机、通信、云计算、芯片、PC、数据库、操作系统、存储、服务器、智能家居、自动驾驶、智慧城市……
在这些领域,华为都拥有极强的战力,以及进入前三的可能。
但威廉巴尔这次发言,让我们看清了一个事实:
美国根本不在乎华为的消费者业务。
他们忌惮的,是华为处于绝对优势的主航道:运营商业务。
10年前,我还在上高中时,看过一本书,名字叫《思科九年》。
思科当时确实牛逼极了,称霸全球,呼风唤雨。
结果华为只用了10年时间,就从3G一路杀到5G,吊打毫无建树的思科。
全靠自己双手拼搏,迎来了历史级机遇。
站在时代的大河前,华为人第一次有机会,触摸到ICT行业的标准制定权和话语权。
而且概率还非常之大。
这不得不令人激动。
我们必须保护好华为,绝不能让他们在这次战斗中倒下。
否则,代价将是我们整个民族不愿承受之重。
我们整个5G和半导体行业,就都完了。
未来,中国人将不得不做回低端制造业,出卖自己的劳动剩余价值,供美国人继续吃肉喝酒,住大house。
以上,就是华为对中国的重要性。
华为问题作为一个整体,依然非常复杂。关乎政治、经济、司法、外交、情报、舆论等综合因素。
而“515事件”,虽然还没得到社交媒体重视,但未来影响将会非常巨大。
我多方打听到,华为有小部分员工已经受到打击,失去了过往无往不胜的信心。
作为一名中国普通老百姓,我们都期待华为能赢下这场战争,加速中国的复兴之路。像美国人一样,过上吃酒喝肉,住大house的小日子。
我们需要这么一个对照产业,它走过华为走过的每一条路,受过华为受过的每一种苦,最终依然在美国重重封锁下成功破局。
以此,来给风暴中心的华为人作参考:
未来该怎么走,信心该怎么立,绝境该怎么破。
而这个产业,就是中国航天。
说了这么多,终于到了本文的另一主角,中国航天。
1949年,年轻的共和国在一片废墟上迅速挺立。
两弹一星,成了最重要的定海神针。
邓小平说:
如果60年代以来,中国没有发射卫星,中国就不能叫有重要影响的大国,就没有现在这样的国际地位。
航天是综合国力的象征,体现着国家方方面面的能力。
堪称工业上的皇冠,皇冠上的明珠。
1970 年,历经千辛万苦,中国第一颗人造卫星“东方红1 号”成功升空。
之后30年,航天人和华为人一样,筚路蓝缕,艰苦创业。
中国运载火箭技术研究院的王德臣,扛起了航天商业化进程。
一个行业要健康发展,不能永远靠国家投入,还得赚外汇创造GDP啊。
一开始,中国航天人在国际市场上,就是一个土老帽。
商务规则不懂,谈判技巧没有,被人指着鼻子嘲笑。
面对差距,首先要承认,其次要不服。
王德臣带着团队,一步步聘律师,买保险,找贷款……
1985年,中国航天人,第一次尝试进入国际市场。
10月,中国政府宣布,长征系列运载火箭,将承揽国内外用户的商业发射任务。
但直到两年后,航天人才迎来自己第一个订单……
从这里你也可以看出,中国航天这条路,真的走得太难了。
所以后来拿命做出了成绩,转身就被美国封锁抹杀,航天人的委屈是我们很难感同身受的。
“长二捆”火箭的出现,是中国航天商业化最重要的转折点。
它是中国第一个为市场量身定做的火箭。
并且创造了“拿着草图签合同、拿着合同找贷款、拿着贷款造火箭”的商业奇迹。
长征火箭,也因此成为享誉世界的高科技品牌。
我只举一个例子,就能管窥中国航天当时有多厉害。
1998年5月,摩托罗拉正式完成了大名鼎鼎的铱星计划。
一共66颗卫星,我们一箭双星,发射了11次。
占比三分之一。
直到被美国ITAR霸权条款封锁前,中国在国际商业发射市场的份额,达到了10%。
这个数字,实在是非常了不起。
王德臣老先生等航天人的历史功绩,值得我们每一个中国人尊敬。
看到这里,你可能会问:
这么多年来,中国一直在发射卫星。
发射成功率最高,价格又最便宜,为什么我们偏偏没有客户?
那是因为1998年,美国针对中国航天,搞出了国际武器贸易条例。
由美国国务院国防武器贸易局负责执行,史称ITAR。
几代人的产业化努力,顿时付诸东流。
在进一步展开之前,有必要先聊一下ITAR的历史背景。
我们都知道,1947年到1991年,美苏冷战,无暇顾及中国。
中国也因此得到了一个黄金窗口期。
等到美国反应过来时,才发现:卧槽中国航天都这么牛逼了?
你一个第三世界国家,不乖乖做我的经济殖民地,已经罪该万死。
现在还想上天了?
看我不搞死你。
ITAR规定,全世界所有航天器,不管是不是美国制造的,只要上面有一个美国零件,就不允许你用中国的火箭进行发射。
而所有美国零件,也不允许安装在中国总装的卫星上。
美国作为世界老大,要制裁中国,中国只能受着。
这就是真实世界的丛林法则。
中国一天不做到老大,就要一天忍受这种不公平待遇。
从此,中国的服务再没人敢买。本来合作得好好的国家,开始抛弃中国,转而用更贵的俄法火箭送卫星上天。
中国成了一个被孤立的孩子。
美国带着全世界的小孩一起玩,唯独对中国说,看啥看,给老子滚一边去。
没办法赚外汇,只能依靠国家投入,航天人的待遇也因此大幅下滑。
这一切,和现在华为遇到的困境,一模一样。
当下华为所受的所有委屈,无一不是航天人过去的重演。
从此以后,中国航天基本告别国际商业发射市场。
的确不胜屈辱啊,可又有什么办法呢。
从1998年到2011年,中国航天经历了最苦的13年。
但航天人再次创造了奇迹:
这竟然成了中国航天成果最丰满的13年。
所以我一直说,航天人为什么值得我们每一个人尊敬?
就是因为他们,永远不知道“认命”两个字怎么写。
只要你打不死我,只要给我找到一丝地缝,我就能开出最美的花。
美国一看,事情不对啊,得加大封杀力度。
于是又搞出来一个沃尔夫条款。
2011年,美国航天局兰利研究中心的一名中国员工蒋波(音译),在回国转机时被捕。
众议员沃尔夫,对媒体大肆宣传,说蒋波是技术间谍。
结果蒋波的电脑被美国特工翻了个底朝天,也没有查到任何证据。
最终竟称他电脑里有“黄色电影”。
换句话说,我说你是间谍,那你就是间谍。
这个故事,看起来是不是特别似曾相识?
没错,华为CFO孟晚舟,也是这么被捕的。
2018年12月,美国逼迫加拿大,在温哥华抓捕孟晚舟。
请容忍我感慨一句,时间真的过得飞快啊。
从被捕到今天,孟晚舟已经被软禁监视了一年半了。
不知道接下来,她还要被加拿大监禁多少年,才能重获自由,回到家乡。
借着蒋波莫须有的“间谍”事件,沃尔夫条款正式立法。
从此,美中两国之间所有航天科研活动,被彻底禁止。
美国航天局所有设施,甚至不被允许接待中国访问者。
NASA被禁止就任何问题开展与中国合作,哪怕你本职是养猪的也不行。
一位NASA的高级别雇员说:
如果一个同职位的中国人来这里,我甚至不能给他买一杯咖啡。
不仅仅是科研人员被封杀,连中国记者想采访奋进号发射,都被野蛮阻拦。
甚至不允许中国参加任何在美学术会议,大量卡签证。
2011年,中国再次被国际天文学术会议除名,引起与会科学家集体抗议。
但这种赤裸裸的、毫不掩饰的流氓行为,航天人只能再次委屈接受。
对于华为而言,515事件,正如航天人遭遇的ITAR。
因此,接下来一两年,美国一定还会搞出新的“沃尔夫条款”,针对华为5G。
华为从现在起,就必须做好一切准备。
商业孤立只是第一步。
更大的坎,是学术孤立。
2011年以后,说航天人披肝沥胆,呕心沥血,真的不为过。
他们勒紧裤腰带,为国家,为我们每个普通人,付出了自己的一生。
每一个航天人,都能背诵航天精神:
特别能吃苦,特别能战斗,特别能攻关,特别能奉献。
重要的事情说四遍,真的需要非常“特别”。
很多航天人,换个企业单位,年薪50万只是标配。
但他们依然选择留在航天局。
除了家国情怀,我实在找不到任何道理来解释这件事。
钱不是万能的,但没有钱是万万不能的。
做人如此,做航空更是如此。
每一个项目,航天人做得紧巴巴,精打又细算。
纯粹在凭一腔梦想在付出,用爱发电。
中国航天,难啊。
航天局长回应说,中国航天预算,大概是美国的十分之一。
就这,都是往多了报了。
几十年来,中国航天的预算都是秘密。
不是因为投入大,恰恰是因为没钱投,怕说出来让航天人难受。
直到2012年,才披露了一个总额:
中国载人航空,20年总投入390亿人民币。
作为对比,美国NASA在2017年,就投入195亿美元。
按照当下汇率换算,接近1400亿人民币。
2018年,NASA预算再次增加到207亿。
这还是苏联解体后,砍下来的预算。
冷战时期,美国给太空竞赛的投入是极为可怕的。
就这,还不包括美国军方的天量预算,和各大航天公司的自身投入。
而按照叶培建院士的说法,嫦娥一号整个工程,只花了14亿人民币。
相当于北京1千米地铁的价格。
在如此艰难的情况下,航空人做出了震撼人心的成绩。
历史的画卷,扑面而来。
载人航天时代:
2003年10月15 日,中国神舟五号载人飞船升空。
飞天,从敦煌壁画中走了出来。
探月时代:
2007年10月24日,嫦娥一号成功奔月。
月球,在五千年的思念里揭开了面纱。
载人交会时代:
2012年6月16日,首次载人交会成功对接任务。

大型空间站时代:
2016年9月15日,天宫二号空间实验室发射成功。

从航天到华为,隐藏着怎样的中美关系真相?
你弱,他看不起你,欺负你的人民。
你迎头追赶,他胁迫全世界一起打压你。
当你终于能和他掰手腕时,他才可能对你表达一丝尊敬。
这,就是中美关系的真相。
从两弹一星,到5G通讯,美国就像《三体》里的智子一样。
长达几十年的时间里,一直想封死中国科技,置中国于死地。
别人都要来搞死我们了,除了拼死反抗,还有别的办法吗?
中国5代航天人,给华为树立了一个好榜样:
认清形势,放弃幻想;少说多做,实干兴邦。
这个关键时期,我看要还有人提中美伙伴论、中美夫妻论,那就真是脑瘫小清新了。
写到这里,请允许我再夸一下华为。
被美国封锁的一年半内,华为交出了一份满分答卷。
以前,美国要别人跪下来,别人就得乖乖跪下。
现在,美国要华为跪下来,但华为居然站住了。
不仅站住了,而且业绩还增加了!
一家商业化公司,生扛住了世界第一强国的封锁。
这是人类历史上闻所未闻的奇迹,配得上一句牛逼!
515事件之后,华为被迫接受一场上甘岭战役。
20万华为人,此刻必须拧成一股巨绳。
越是艰难,越是向前。
除了胜利,已经别无选择。
而一旦还对美帝抱有一丝幻想,像九一八时对侵略不加抵制,退让屈服。
中国将注定被经济殖民,仰美国鼻息,做低端产业,人民在痛苦中挣扎。
今日割五城,明日割十城,然后得一夕安寝。
起视四境,而秦兵又至矣。
然则诸侯之地有限,暴秦之欲无厌。
奉之弥繁,侵之愈急!
我真诚地把所有祝福送给华为。
祸兮福所倚。
华为一定能自力更生,再次破局,在未来的星辰大海里大放异彩。
这点困难怕什么?
封锁吧,封锁十年八年,中国一切问题都解决了。
留给我们的困难,封锁、失业、灾荒、通货膨胀、物价上升之类,确实是困难。
但是,比起过去三年来已经松了一口气了。
过去三年的一关也闯过了,难道不能克服现在这点困难吗?
没有美国,难道就不能活命吗?
