 岗位职责：

Outline Duties:

1.To generate content for social media, website, media and event internally and externally;

2.To support the Line Manager, Admissions Department to promote the School through PR. Advertising and marketing activities via planning and execution;

3.To provide support for school events and prepare for collaterals and resources tailor made for students and parents;

4.To support administrative tasks of the Marketing and Communications Department.

Responsibilities:

1.To operate school's social media and content, continuous output of high-quality content, gathering stable high-quality fan community, and constantly expand brand influence;

2.To promote the strategy of the school's self-Media platform (including not limited to Wechat, Weibo, etc.), regularly plan and implement brand online promotion activities, continuously improve the number of fans, subscriptions, reading, forwarding, and conversion orders;

3.To pay close attention to and study competitors' social dynamics, timely adjust their social media strategies, and maintain market influence;

4.To manage social media and develop content in English and Simplified Chinese;

5.To act as the website content administrator;

6.To organize and manage events for external and internal stakeholders including student enrolment events jointly organized with the Admissions Department. This includes logistics, production and printing support and onsite facilitation;

7.To assist various departments to organize school events and provide onsite facilitation;

8.To support media relations including liaison and editorial content development;

9.To develop content in English and Simplified Chinese for the School's marketing collaterals;

10.To perform translation from English into Simplified Chinese for School's marketing materials and key correspondence to parents;

11.To manage liaison, production and printing of marketing and school materials in conjunction with departments/teaching staff concerned;

12.To perform daily news monitoring and submit reports with English synopsis;

13.To perform administrative tasks including reports, research and analysis and database management;

14.To work closely with Admissions Team.

 任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above;

2.Excellent communication skills and proficient in both spoken and written English/Chinese;

3.At least 2 years' experiences in related fields;

4.Good management skills of content operation, social media and event with proven ability to manage projects;
