职位说明：
1）该部门是做CAR-NK 工艺开发部门
2）对于研究员或高级研究员级别无论是CAR-T 还是 CAR-NK方向，只要熟练使用上面的相关仪器均可以申请，公司可以提供签证sponsor。
3）研究员级别有三个方向，工艺，分析和制剂均可
4）对于Associate Director 到 Senior Ddirector 级别，必须有CAR-NK的工艺开发经验。

Position 1:Scientist or senior scientist –PD
Major Responsibilities:
1. Develop, optimize and validate cell culture process parameters to establish robust SOPs
2. Generate scale up/down process data and analyze data to make recommendations to the team
3. Work within and across project team to support team members
4. Maintain an accurate and updated laboratory notebook
5. Compliance with GLP and EHS protocols
6. Present data and help prepare reports, presentations and tech transfer documents
Education:
1. Ph. D. in Biomedical Engineering, Cell Biology, Immunology or related fields
2. BS/MS with extensive relevant experience
Experience:
1. 3+ years of experience of the field of immunotherapy
2. Demonstrated experience with cell process development and optimization; experience with GMP setting is preferred
3. Demonstrated experience in flow cytometry or cell-based assay method development and characterization of cell therapy products
4. Prior experience with CAR-T or CAR-NK is preferred
Key Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills:
1. Extensive experience with primary NK cell culture methodology
2. Hands-on experience with Prodigy, G-Rex, Xuri, Sepax, Lovo, Sefia, Quantum or other single use cell expansion device
3. Experience with closed system and automation is preferred
4. Ability to use statistical analysis tools (JMP or similar) to drive experimental design and optimization via DoE and similar approaches is preferred
5. Extensive multi-color flow cytometry, multiplex cytokine and cytotoxicity assay skills
6. Experience with formulation and fill of a cellular product is a plus
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. IND filing experience is preferred
Position 2: Associate Director/Senior Director
Major Responsibilities:
Plan and manage R&D and development activities to meet company and functional objectives
Design and execute scale-up/down NK cell manufacturing process in a closed system
Design experiment to optimize process parameters, enhance cell engineering and manufacturing capacity, apply Quality by Design principles and Design of Experiment methodologies when necessary
Develop and lead studies of media development, cell isolation, cell activation, cell expansion, formulation/fill and cryopreservation
Prepare and review tech transfer and IND filing documents
Manage internal process development activities; initiate and keep cross team and external collaborations
Represent NK immunotherapy group among cross functional groups
Qualifications
Education:
Master/Ph.D in Biology, Immunology, Bioengineering or related field
Experience:
10+ years of experience of the field of NK biology and immunotherapy.
5+ years of supervisory experience in an industry setting
4+ cell process development and manufacturing experience
Key Capabilities, Knowledge, and Skills:
In depth knowledge of immune-oncology and NK cell based cell therapy
Hands on experience with scale-up/down cell therapy process development and optimization
Experience with cell therapy automation technologies: rocking bioreactors, closed system culture vessels, cell washers, centrifugation and separation technologies. Working experience in large-scale cell manufacturing is a plus.
Experience in GMP manufacturing of Biologics and working with external partners such as CROs and CMOs; Knowledge of cell therapies, viral vectors GMP manufacturing is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills to manage projects in a matrix environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills
IND/BLA filing experience is a plus.
