做了好的科学研究，无论是应用研究还是基础研究，都希望将研究成果发表出来给更多的读者看到。积极撰写英文学术论文，投稿到国外学术期刊直至成功发表刊登，是一个宝贵的经历，我把投稿全过程的模板分享如下。

最初投稿Cover letter

Dear Editors:

We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled “Paper Title”, which we wish to be considered for publication in “Journal Name”. No conflict of interest exists in the submission of this manuscript, and the manuscript is approved by all authors for publication. I would like to declare on behalf of my co-authors that the work described was original research that has not been published previously, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere, in whole or in part. All the authors listed have approved the manuscript that is enclosed.
In this work, we evaluated …… (简要介绍一下论文的创新性). I hope this paper is suitable for “Journal Name”.
